I am not satisfied with the purchase. I believe i was tricked into buying from route 22 honda. I stay an hour of driving from route 22 honda. I have honda dealers near my home, and i visited them and received a quote from them, however, i decided to visit route 22 honda thinking that i might get a better deal there because of the false advertisements in your website like the "0% APR for all tiers of customers" and "we will beat any dealers price by $500" emails. I visited route 22 honda, and salesperson Addy laventure gave me an "out of the door" price of $20,040 with 3.3% apr. I thought i was getting a good deal and went for it. Later,after my credit check was done the sales officer added about $800 for "premium package", which is mandatory. This increases the out of the door price to $20,800. Why didnt Addy Laventure tell me about this premium package before the credit check??. If so, i would have walked right out of the door and purchased from a dealer near my house. They took advantage of the fact that most customers dont want too many hard credit enquiries on their credit, because this lowers the score. Secondly the so called "premium package" is not worth more than $300 at other dealers. (window etching costs $169 at other dealer, theft protection is double there, duplicate keys cost is insignificant,). Besides, i checked my transunion credit score before visiting route22 honda. It was 682. I dont know how route 22 honda pulled out a score of 614 from transunion and charged me high interest for financing. If i see overall, i got the same price from route 22 honda compared to the dealer near my house quoted. Infact i would have got a few hundred dollars less at the latter, if i had negotiated. Lately, my apr was changed from 8.7% to 7.6 %, but i was forcibly charged for extra warranty. I drove an hour to reach route22honda only to purchase at the same price elsewhere. Not satisfied. Please remove the 0% apr false advertisement from your website. I also got an email from crystal graham saying that "Route 22 Honda guarantees that we will beat any other Honda dealership's price up to $500!" Alluring customers based on false facts is not acceptable and try to be polite with your customers.I cannot recommend route22honda to anyone. And guess what??. After complianing to Honda about this, the salesperson calls me back and abuses me over the phone???. More
I'm in love with my new car!! I've been driving the same car since 2002. So when it came down to buying a new car, I needed the experience of buying it to be just as incredible as the car itself. Besides the Manager John, at Rt. 22 Honda, Mohammed made my 1st car purchase in 8 years a memorable one. He is kind, patient, extremely knowledgeable, and the perfect representation of what a Honda Sales Representative should be! I was at the dealership twice. Once to pick out the car, and the other to finalize the deal and actually drive the car home. Not only did Mohammed take his time with me, but he made it feel like my car and I were his only priority amidst a very busy dealership. The manager John came out twice from behind his desk to maintain the friendly pace that Mohammed effortlessly set. The whole experience was a 10, and Mohammed was an 11!! I highly recommend Mohammed at Rt. 22 Honda, there is no other person to choose to make the overall experience of buying a car anymore superior... Thanks Mohammed!!!! More
This dealership is the worst. I wanted to buy a car for my wife's birthday. I was interested in a new 2009 Honda civic. When it was a warm day she wanted to turn on the a/c but it couldn't work. So I took it to the auto shop and they said the car does not have an a/c. Ronald didn't even tell us that the car does not have an a/c. All they want to do is trick you into spending your money. Mohamed is an exceptional dealer! My boyfriend and I where having a very hard time finding a car because we didn't have enough credit n one of us had very bad credit. We where getting denied everywhere we went and sone dealership treated us so bad, wouldn't even give us a chance! Mohamed change the whole experiance for us! He made one of out dreams possible, the dream to have our own car! I don't know how but he did! He's amazing n the nicest person I have met! And he gets the work done quick! I recommend him to my family and anyone else! Thank you soooooooo much!!!! Honda rt. 22 is the best!!!! And I will go there again and again! The dealership was far from where I live but it was highly recommended, the trip was worth while and now I'm passing the recommendation right along to the next lucky shopper! More
I had been looking for a new car for about a week and was nearing my deadline of when I had to make up my mind. I had looked at Subaru, Hyundai, Toyota and Ford and with all of them I just felt something wa nearing my deadline of when I had to make up my mind. Not necessarily with the cars, but with how I felt about driving it. I went on to Route22's website on Friday night and saw a promotion and sent in my name and email as well as my phone number. Within 10 minutes my phone rang and I made an appointment for the next morning. I was the first customer there and the sales associates were in a meeting. Craig, from the delivery services department, came up to me and explained someone would be with me in a moment. He offered me a cup of coffee, set me up in front of the TV in the waiting room and when the associates came out of their meeting made sure someone came right to me. That is when I met Ike. He introduced himself to me and then we got right into looking at the 2010 Accord. I am not going to get into the details, but Ike was very thorough and in the end, working with Joe, got me exactly the deal that I wanted and I drove off the lot a little over an hour later. All in all I was in the dealership for three hours. Never have I been able to buy a car that quickly and been so confident about what I purchased. I highly recommend Route 22 and when you go in, ask for Ike. More

First sales person Eddy me a good price and i was happy that i am buying the minivan for 30 K + sales tax. Then He took my credit card for keeping the price promised. Second sales person, Kevin bumped the price with the millienum package. Finanace dept cheated me after adding warranty , lojack and millienum service package. The car costed me around 34K + honda warranty. He stappled all the papers so that i will never open the papers in my life. I went to them after the weekend to explain about why warranty is added ? He told me that i should have read the papers before signing the contract. My advice to all is do not buy any vehicle from Rt 22 honda using finance. If sales people gives you good price then finance people will cheat you. Finance guy will praise you and you will keep on signing the papers as they do not give you time to read any stuff. More

I explained my requirements and he worked with me to get the deal I expected. On top I also received a free automatic starter that I was not expecting. Ron (I cant remeber his last name) in Finance was also very straightforward and helpful. Although, there was a lot of paperwork, he explained everything quickly and honestly. More

Before I read the reviews I was determined to write to the General Manager and the Vice president about their unprofessional hired people, thinking that they should trained them again. But after reading all the reviews, I know now that their higher ups knows what they are doing and in fact they are trained to do that kind of thing.
