Be sure to get the Dealer offer in writing . He gave a offer , I accepted it. He took my credit card and then he backed out. Ans then started fighting with me . Afterword literally removed me from the off offer , I accepted it. He took my credit card and then he backed out. Ans then started fighting with me . Afterword literally removed me from the office with other seller saying bad words. Very bad experience. More
Route 22 Honda is GREAT! I drove all the way from Marlton, NJ (about 2 hours away) and let me tell you, it was worth it! From start to finish, the process was quick and painless. Jhon, my salesman, Marlton, NJ (about 2 hours away) and let me tell you, it was worth it! From start to finish, the process was quick and painless. Jhon, my salesman, was very helpful in the delivery of the vehicle. I bought a 2010 Honda Fit in Blackberry Pearl (coolest car ever, everyone needs to check this vehicle out) and Jhon made sure that I knew everything about it. He showed me all the features it has to offer and made sure that I understood how everything worked before I left the dealership. As we were filling out some of the paperwork, he even programmed my favorite stations so I was ready to go! Jhon also spent a lot of time calling different insurance companies looking for the best rate for me. The manager, Eddie, was amazing! He made sure that everything moved quickly and that we were happy. And let me tell you, I am SOOO Happy!! Last but not least, Finance was so fast, I could not believe were done so quick! Our finance guy was friendly, quick and accurate. He made sure that I knew what everything was I was signing and explained in detail if I had any questions. I wish I lived closer so that I could come back for my service appointments. I would highly recommend you visit Route 22 Honda for your next vehicle purchase. Thank you Jhon, Eddie and everyone else that was involved in the purchase of my new Honda Fit!! Ashley P. Marlton, NJ More
Please do not go there. They will fool you. I repeat they WILL fool you. It will be too late, when you find out. They don't know how to treat people. They just care for money. They lied to me and let me come WILL fool you. It will be too late, when you find out. They don't know how to treat people. They just care for money. They lied to me and let me come there and didn't let us take the vehicle we leased previously. They sold the returned vehicle already and lied to us. Then they didn't give us the deal that they traped us to. We were fooled. More

The sa The internet price is entirely fake. The one who speaks over the phone and negotiates the deal isn't available in person at the dealership. The salesperson, whose name I don't remember, was very rude because I had a short credit history and wouldn't explain anything clearly. The price was buffed up by $3000 on the new civic lx in comparison to the price on the net which I also negotiated over phone. Very obscure and shady way to handling finance details and poor customer support overall. Better to avoid than waste time. More

DO NOT GO HERE TO BUY A CAR!!!!!! More
this was the dealership where I learned this trick: they quote you a price over the phone. it's called the "internet special." you go in. you wait about 1/2 hour while they search for the car. you test dri quote you a price over the phone. it's called the "internet special." you go in. you wait about 1/2 hour while they search for the car. you test drive it. you sit down, and suddenly the "internet special" price is only good on two cars, and they're only the one that you have to pay an extra $700 on for "window etchings" and "paint sealant" and "Free key replacements for four years." They tally up the price and with their inflated fees it ends up being way more than MSRP. it was hard to find an english-speaking sales rep as well-- most business here is done in spanish. More
During my 2+ month search, I was cheated by New Jersey Hillside Dealer (Route 22 Honda) and New York Jamaica Nemet Nissan Dealer twice in Apr and May 2010. They played the same dirty tricks -- promised m Hillside Dealer (Route 22 Honda) and New York Jamaica Nemet Nissan Dealer twice in Apr and May 2010. They played the same dirty tricks -- promised me a good deal at a competitative price, asked me to go there, signed the contract, bought the insurance (Nemet Motor required), and, then required me to buy certain options and pay surcharges, from $1299 (Route 22) to $2000 (Nemet). When I refused, they kicked me out extremely rudely. I wasted 8 hours at Nemet or 3 hours at Route 22 already, not to mention 3 hours travel time to the dealer site. So, I had to leave empty-handed. I hated these two and most dealers and I swear I would never deal with any dealers to negeotiate price and terms on-site. I'll do everythign through emails and I only to go there, pay and pick up the car. The New Jersey Freehold dealer does not belong to the very best dealers who are willing to offer me transparent price. DCH Academy Honda in New Jersy gave me a clean list of price, including sales tax and title, and the final out-the-door price; and they promised me that is the final price I need to pay, 100% sure they would have any hidden price or options. After DCH's email of clean quote, a few other NY and NJ dealers followed the suits and sent me their transparent price list, too. Some are better priced, two hundreds ($200) lower than DCH's price. But I choose DCH firmly because I valued their honest service and appreciated their being the first to offer me a whole clean list of price via emails. I would not jump ship unless any other quote is at least $500 lower than DCH (that would mean DCH is overpriced). Actually, none of the other quoted list is more than $300 lower than DCH. So, I told DCH I would go there on Sat (last Sat 6/12/10), pay and pick up the car. I already told them the color I want via email. DCH got the car ready there, did an express buy procedure for me, and overall it took me only 2 hours and 8 minutes to drive the new car away. I am thrilled at DCH's perfect service. Going forward, I'll most likely stick to DCH for all my life time car request, unless their price is way too much out-of-norm, which is likely unlikely. I have gone to http://www.dealerrater.com/ to give DCH the highest rating and I will tell all me friends and 19,000 members in my organization, where I am its Chairman, that DCH is the honest and best choice, while Route 22 Hillside Honda and NYC Nemet Motor are the most evil dealers to play dirty tricks to customers.
