I will return to see Addy when my lease is up. He knew his products and didnt waste time negotiating and renegotiation like so many dealers. I trusted him. Todays deal on my crx was so much better than Pl his products and didnt waste time negotiating and renegotiation like so many dealers. I trusted him. Todays deal on my crx was so much better than Planet Honda three years ago and even better than vip from around six years ago. All was finished in three hours. I received an awesome price and I've shopped around this time. Even the finance officer was quick printing out the details-and also a nice guy. This is my third honda and I will return to Route 22 Honda in Hillside for my fourth in 30 months. More
I called to get a quote. Reina gave me a great lease deal and a chance to get out of my lease early.I went to the dealer later that evening and dealt with the salesman Ron and he was great he showed me the P and a chance to get out of my lease early.I went to the dealer later that evening and dealt with the salesman Ron and he was great he showed me the Pilot and got my paperwork handled quickly. The salemanager Matt was very nice and made sure that I got the price Reina had promised me. I was in and out of there with no problems. Its my second lease from the dealer. More

Thugs. They really have no honor of words. Promised in Thugs. They really have no honor of words. Promised in writing(email) the OTD price for 2011 honda accord LX. This was a good deal with all amount Thugs. They really have no honor of words. Promised in writing(email) the OTD price for 2011 honda accord LX. This was a good deal with all amount splits listed. After so much of email communication , we made a visit to buy the car. Point 1: you never get to see the person whom you interacted over email. Point 2: receptionist doesnt even know if the person you are looking for is in the dealership . And absolutely no courtsey. Point 3: you get to sit with a "salesman" who has no idea what the car is, what the options are or what we have come their for.He probably was sleep walking. I show him the mail from Chicole who has given all amounts splits constituing OTD price for the accord. He goes to a so called invisible manager and bring a printed quote which is $1200 above their own Internet Manager Chicole's price. Ridiculous and Frustrating to have spent time there. Literally shouting at him, we asked for the invisible manager he got the quote from. He went around, came back and gave the most ridiculous answer: "my manager is busy dealing with 4 different customers and it would take an hour for you to meet him".. This is at 8.45 pm Nov 30th..and there is hardly any customer inside their entire premises. We just walked away in total disbelief . Dont ever visit or waste your time with this dealership. I dont even know why honda keeps these guys around after so many negative reviews. More
This dealership was horrible. SCAM! They actually said to me that the "internet price" was just a gimmick to get people in the door. Not that thats new news, but come on....admitting it?!?! Truly horrible cu me that the "internet price" was just a gimmick to get people in the door. Not that thats new news, but come on....admitting it?!?! Truly horrible customer service, scammed us completely. WILL NEVER GO BACK! Almost completely put me off of Honda's in general, if this is who they hire and give "Presidential" awards to. More
We bought a new car which was quite pricey for us because of the trade-in but the price I guess was reasonable. I can honestly say that the salesman we dealt with was quite friendly and patience at first bef of the trade-in but the price I guess was reasonable. I can honestly say that the salesman we dealt with was quite friendly and patience at first before making the sale but he lack the honesty i needed in order to feel almost at ease to do business with them. He gaved a total price which I thought was decent but didnt really explain much on the paperworks. When we got to finance, I was very suprised to see a different price but I thought it must be from full coverage. I was told by the salesman that without a Co-signer we would have to put down a higher downpayment which we agreed because we couldnt really find anyone we trust or is willing to co-sign. We spent about 2-3 hours or maybe even more at the dealership but at the end of the night everything was set up and we were able to take the car home with no problem. The next morning I recieved a call from the salesman demanding that the bank didnt approve the loan without a co-signer and will be taking the car within the end of the day if we dont comply. We were very worried that we would lose the car that we saved up for so we went to every close friends and relatives and asked and even begged some of them to co-sign and we were glad that that we had 2 close friend that is willing to co-sign. We called the salesman and gaved him the informations of 2 of our friends who was willing to co-sign. The salesman then said that they will call us and let us know if either one can be our co-signer. We waited for a few hours for the salesman to call us but we didnt get a phone call so we called him and asked, he then reasure us that the bank said yes to one of the cosigner and that we get to keep the car. I was very glad to hear that and asked him if the downpayment or monthly payment would get lower and he said no. I was okey with it because thats another problem lifted of my shoulder but surprisingly, the dealership called me and asked me come back to sign the new papers. They told us to come at 9 am because thats when they open so we did. We got there just a few minutes late and the salemans greeted us and led us to the waiting room, he told us that we will just have to wait a few minutes and didnt even offer drinks or anything unlike the time before when we havent bought the car yet. We were in the waiting room for almost an hour before the man who deals with the paper work came to greet us, turns out they were in a meeting which it seems like they have every morning so I was a little upset they had us come so early to only have us wait an hour. The man who did our finance though was very helpful and friendly and was willing to answer any questions that we had and I was glad that he was customer friendly. When all the papers were signed, we left the place feeling okey but not too satisfied because it took a few days/too much time signing and dealing with the them which I find a hassle because we couldnt get anything else done because of spending hours at the dealership almost everyday. Before leaving the dealership, the salesman said goodbye and told us to give him a 5 rating which I guess is a PERFECT SCORE, I just smiled and said goodbye. About a night or 2 the Customer Review Rating called and I was very honest with the ratings I had given the salesman and the dealership because it is what I experienced at thier place so theres no reason for me to lie. Today, Nov. 03, 2010 i got a missed call from "the salesman" because I was taking care of my kids. Around 2 pm he called again and I picked up, it was the salesman who sold us the car from Routee 22 HONDA. I didnt think that there was anything wrong but I guess he got the reviews I gaved a few nights ago and he was very upset. The salesman screamed and yelled at me and blamed me for getting him in trouble. He also cussed at me and that made me very upset. He didnt give me any chance to say anything to him because he was yelling the whole time. He said "I cant believe you guys would screw me over, I should have never sold you the car, *%#$!!", the salesman then hanged up on me, it then hit me what a horrible and disrespectful salesman he is, I couldnt help but cry because I was very upset, the friendly man we met the 1st day was no longer that man. I called my fiance at work and told him everything, he told me to call the salesman back and Routee 22 and complain but I couldnt because I was too stressed out. My fiance then ended up calling the dealership and ended up speaking to Im guessing one thier manager. He then apologize for the salesmans behavior and assured us that he will get a WRITE UP but that doesnt fix anything. I was thinking if i should call HONDA and make a personal complaint for having thier SALESMAN amost harrasing me on the phone. I dont regret giving them the ratings that I had given a few nights ago on thier customer review survey because it only proves that I am indeed correct and had every right to do so. In my opinion I wouldnt reccomend this dealership to my family and anyone I know. Who knows who else in thier dealership have a disrespectful and immature attitude like the salesman we dealt with. I dont know if I can do anymore business with them in the future. Im sure that not all of them are rude but I do hope that I dont have to deal with the "rude salesman" anymore. Despite my bad experince, some of the staff was friendly and helpful and I guess its really up to the buyers if they want to business with this dealership, as for me, I am just not sure anymore. More
This dealer was willing to work with us. If you are unhappy for whatever reason about the price etc, just explain it to them and ask to speak to the manager (Joe Lynchh). Joel was the guy who sold me t unhappy for whatever reason about the price etc, just explain it to them and ask to speak to the manager (Joe Lynchh). Joel was the guy who sold me the actual car and he was great!I got the car for the price I wanted, I got the .09% interest rate (awesome!) and my payments are affordable. More
I had a very bad experience with this dealership. They are fraud and run a scam not sure why Honda allow these kind of dealers in their network. I went for leasing, after waiting for 4.5 hours going th are fraud and run a scam not sure why Honda allow these kind of dealers in their network. I went for leasing, after waiting for 4.5 hours going through the paper work for leasing and charging my credit card for down payment of $2000.00 and taking a check of another $200 for tax and payment they gave me a car thats had a dent of th front bumper and had 700 miles on it already which they never mentioned to me while going through the papaer works. I refused to take the delivery of the car and till date (its been 2 weeks), I am waiting for my $2200 refund. I called them several time in last 2 weeks about the refund but no one responded to my voice mails and emails. I called up Honda US head office to file a complaint with no luck. At this point I am really frustrated and am not sure what else can I do to get my money back. PLEASE BEWARE OF THE FRAUD SALESMAN AND OVERALL WORSE POSSIBLE HONDA DEALER. More
I found three Honda Odyssey vans's on Cars.com located at this dealership that I wanted to look at. I called Honda Route 22 about the minivans and talked with a girl there and asked her if the cars were sti this dealership that I wanted to look at. I called Honda Route 22 about the minivans and talked with a girl there and asked her if the cars were still available. I asked her to "touch" cars and she put me on hold and came back saying that they were there. I explained to her I was driving 2 hours to come and look at these so I wanted to be sure that all three would be there. She assured me they would be there. Right away I put my wife and two in kids in the car, drove up from Philadelphia dealing with Sat traffic all the way, and 2 hours later we were there. I show the salesmen the three vans I found online, printed out from the internet, and he takes them and walks off... 15 min later the salesman comes out only to tell me out that NONE of the minivans were there and since you're here why don't you take a look at this one that is $2,000 more. What!? I told him he's got to be kidding me! I instantly requested the manager and after talking to him told me that obviously I hadn't read the disclaimer on the internet page which says they don't guarantee these cars to be in stock when you arrive (the internet site said nothing about that...still doesn't). Also, I called and talked with someone that morning, literally 2 1/2 prior who claimed she had "touched" the cars. (her name is Chicole, don't trust her if you call!) DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. I received NO real apology or compensation for my 5 hour drive that day to their place due to their lies. This Honda Dealership should be closed down or entirely restaffed. I hope who ever reads this decides to go some place else...they don't deserve anyone's business. More
