Both the sales rep and his manager made a deal with me on 2010 Honda Cross Tour EX-L (after 4 hours at dealer). They accepted my $500 credit card deposit on December 16th. I was told it would take a few days to get the car in. Towards the end of December, they informed me that the car would take more time to get. In early January, they told me they could not get the 2010 model, but they would get the same 2011 model and keep our terms/ price exactly the same (I have this recorded on my voice mail). A few hours later, I recived a call from sales rep asking me to come in to negotiate again, as the price would be higher than originally agreed. This was now January 5th. For the next week, I spoke with their lease "Loyalty" specialist and 2 other managers in regard to our scenario. Bottom line is this dealer could not effectively resolve the issue and I ended up disputing the $500 credit card charge and leasing through a nearby Honda delaer with no issues. In fairness, this dealer did agree to refund my $500, but the manager was not sure exactly when they would get around to it. More
The experience of leasing our CRV was the best one we've ever had. There was no nonsense with going back and forth to the manager for quotes, the price was laid out, we signed the papers and that was that! ever had. Am very surprised with sone ratings I have read about this dealership. I have been buying cars from the General Sales Manager John Pearce for a few years now. I have referred at least a dozen friends an this dealership. I have been buying cars from the General Sales Manager John Pearce for a few years now. I have referred at least a dozen friends and family to him and Route 22 honda and have always been handled with kit gloves. Me being in sales I know it is hard to always please everyone. My understanding is they sell a few hundred cars a month and I guess to only have a few bad commenets is not so bad. All I can say is do not believe everything you read and go see John Pearce and you will be very happy. I have been to other dealers in the area Planet Honda & Vip Honda to name a few and had a horrible experience and mean while they have a good dealer rater. Go down and see John pearce and tell him Russo sent ya!! More

Aside from other people and their experiences, i was extremely pleased with the service provided. Correy was very helpful and answered any questions i had. i had trouble deciding between a civic or an a extremely pleased with the service provided. I went to look at a pre-owned car. My credit is ok but not the best. They didn't make me feel uncomfortable or pressured.
