When i walk into this dealer Joel came up to me and assisted me. I have never had a better assistant than him. Luis was very helpful and friendly. He made my boyfriend and I ( a young first time car buying couple) feel very comfortable and relaxed. He was able to get us into exactly the car we wanted to go home in w and I ( a young first time car buying couple) feel very comfortable and relaxed. Luis was able to work out a deal with the bank and even though we barely had any credit and no co-signer he still didnt shoot us down. I rated customer service and overall experience 4 not at all because of Luis, but solely because of Marlon (manager). Upon talking to Marlon he immediatly made my boyfriend and I feel as though we were trying to reach an impossible goal. He actually told us that our ONLY option was to lease a new car when what we actually wanted was to finance a used car. The latter is what Luis was able to accomplish for us and for that we are very grateful. All things considered I enjoyed my experience at Route 22 Honda except for the hiccup we ran into with Marlon. I worked with Nate Daniel to purchase a late model Honda Civic. Nate was terrific. He helped me walk through the purchase, gave me a great deal and, most importantly, helped shuttle me to and from the nea Civic. Nate was terrific. JOEL MALDONADO WAS VERY ATTENTIVE AND WORK HARD TO GET US OUT QUICKLY. EVEN THOUGH THEY DIDNT HAVE TO 2008 BLACK ON BLACK HONDA CIVIC EX THAT I WANTED, I LIKE THE COLOR I ENDED UP GETTING.
