I’ve been having a relationship with Honda and this dealership in particular for almost 20 years. Today, as I was about to pay for an oil change $69 dollars, they told me they will charge me an additio dealership in particular for almost 20 years. Today, as I was about to pay for an oil change $69 dollars, they told me they will charge me an additional 3 percent for using a credit card. I consider such business practice cheap taking into account that this is HONDA where people go for premium service knowing they will pay premium price. But surcharge practice brings to evidence their greed and makes me have second thoughts about their prices, finance and leasing practices, add on prices, and everything that goes in making business in this dealership. It is in little, petty things like that that one gets to understand who you are dealing with and what to expect. More
I've never had such a horrible experience before in my life. My step mother went in for maintenence on her lease and ended up buying her lease out. However, the salesman never explained to her that she wa life. My step mother went in for maintenence on her lease and ended up buying her lease out. However, the salesman never explained to her that she was getting a new contract buying the car. A contract in English is difficult for my step mother as she does not speak english.My father and her went to the dealer less than 24 hours after getting the car. The salesman Javier Paredes was not clear about the terms of the deal. My step mother feels she was taken advantage of since English is not her first language. Mr. Paredes called his manager who was very rude and combative. He told us that they can't do anything for her. He then told my 64 year old father that they can fix the problem outside. More
Well my experience with Honda was a very great & fast experience. Sandie Henry was very helpful and informational . she was also very polite and respectful , I will definitely recommend her & this deale experience. Sandie Henry was so bomb, she help my son get his 1st car well finance veh....the whole process was quick and she was so Informative. She even check my other veh because I literally was sweating the Honda well finance veh....the whole process was quick and she was so Informative. We had a terrible experience with the management of Route 22 Honda. We recently purchased a Honda CR-V from the dealership and traded in our old Honda Odyssey for which we were given a credit of $2,500. Our 22 Honda. We recently purchased a Honda CR-V from the dealership and traded in our old Honda Odyssey for which we were given a credit of $2,500. Our sales experience was fine, but the management played games with us for nearly 3 weeks in withholding the NYS plates and registration with false excuses. Turned out they were having difficulty with registering the $2,500 Odyssey, through no fault of our own and were holding off releasing the plates and registration for which we paid, which would have left us unable to drive the new car we had purchased. Only through my warning that I, as a criminal defense attorney, would report them to the authorities and sue them for breach of contract, did they finally relent and deliver the plates and registration, just 2 days before the temporary plates were to expire. Sorry that I cannot possibly give that dealership anything other than this negative review. More
