A very bad experience. Before you pay your money, they will be the best team ever. Once they consider that you done, you will have to wait almost 2 hours before someone take care of you. Then you will be will be the best team ever. Once they consider that you done, you will have to wait almost 2 hours before someone take care of you. Then you will be under pressure and they will ask you to sign 1000 papers. Make sure that you read everything because the tend to change things on your contract behind you. I told them that I didn't want to spend more than the price we agreed on. They were supposed to send me plates, they didn't and I had to ask them everyday after the 20 legal extension days. They never called back when left message. Finally, the charged me 60 additionnal dollars on my plates saying that they first gave me an estimated price. Many car dealers lie to you to take your money. And at Honda Route 22 don't expect nothing fair. I will never return there for bizness. More
