I went to Rt. 22 Honda in search of a certified pre-owned Honda. Upon arriving at the dealership, i was greeted by Rich. Right away I noticed how upbeat and motivated he was. He walked me inside and sat me d Honda. Upon arriving at the dealership, i was greeted by Rich. Right away I noticed how upbeat and motivated he was. He walked me inside and sat me down and got me coffee. Then he tool down my information and took note of what I was looking for. After looking at a few cars, Rich showed me a car that i absolutely fell in love with, he explained the car in detail inside and out. We went on a test drive and fell in love with it even more. We then went back to the dealership and negotiated numbers, We then agreed on a price that we both felt comfortable with. After everything was said and done I was able to drive my new car home! Rich was an absolute pleasure, he never lost patience and remained upbeat the entire time. I have purchase cars in the past and I have never had an experience such as this, Rich was so helpful and reassuring. I actually left happy and with a piece of mind. I can't say enough about Mr. Ibrahim, who is professional, courteous, patient and treats everyone as if we are all relatives of his. Mr. Ibrahim takes his time with you and respects you as a person. He doesn't treat you as if he needs a sale in 5 minutes. His character is that of someone who has your best interests at heart and wants you to be happy with your purchase. Mr. Ibrahim follows up with a phone call to make sure that you are happy, and to answer any questions that you might have thought of after you have left the showroom and parking lot. You can't get doctors to do that, but Mr. Ibrahim does it from his heart. Mr. Ibrahim is truly an asset to not only Rt. 22 Honda, but the Honda family in general. I truly hope that the younger men who have joined Honda really take note of this man's approach to people and his professionalism in handling customers and their concerns. I will always consider Mr. Mohammed Ibrahim a family member. I understand that he will be retiring soon and I'm hoping that it doesn't take place until my son graduates from High School next year. I was really looking forward to having Mr. Ibrahim help me with that purchase.
