In buying my first new car, I came to Route 22 Honda and was pleasantly surprised to find a helpful environment that catered to my every need and answered any and all lingering questions. The staff, particularly Joel Maldonado, were extremely friendly, approachable, and above all else eager to see that I came away with my purchase with a great sense of satisfaction. In addition, Joel made it explicitly clear that I could reach him with any other problems or questions after I had bought my car and in one such example was able to help me quickly and conveniently service my car after it had gotten punctured in one of the tires just two days after I had driven it off the lot. I could not have asked for a more accommodating and generous treatment out of a dealership and would definitely recommend Route 22's friendly and helpful atmosphere to anyone in the market for a Honda car. I was in New Jersey to visit my brother, and came to Route 22 Honda's service department because my CR-V had a bit of a rattle up front. The people were great, and figured out I needed new brake pads and had to have the rotors adjusted. They worked fast and offered me a fair price, so I am happy with everything. I went all over the place, from dealer to dealer looking for the perfect car, but almost every sales person did not take me seriously and were rude to me. I was very stressed because I had a limited time to look for a car and then I remembered on how curtious the people at rt 22 Honda were, especially Abdel Nassar. He was willing to help me in any way I needed and helped me find a car that I loved. Abdel was scheduled until 5pm that evening because he had a family event, but being the good sales rep that he is he stood there until 10pm trying to help me with everything I needed. He was willing to put his personal life on hold to assist me with everything I needed. He was very helpful trying to meet the monthly payments that were best for me and did everything he could to give me the car in a good price. I felt very confident speaking to him and knew he was doing his absolute best for me. I was very happy when my family and I closed the deal and I was very grateful for Abdels assistance.
