I was given the worse customer service known to mankind. employees kept staring at me like it was a problem that i showed up there to purchase a car. the car salesman didnt know anything about cars or the c employees kept staring at me like it was a problem that i showed up there to purchase a car. the car salesman didnt know anything about cars or the contract. every question that i asked him, he had to write it down and come back to me with an answer. When i asked him if im fully covered for everything, he told me yes but then when i went to speak rafael,there were sooooo many things that wasnt included in my lease that rich, the car salesman, told me was included. i went back the next day because i realized i couldnt afford with school and other bills, and the used car salesman that sits at the desk near the honda civic had alot of nonchalant words for me and he spoke to me in a way that caught me off guard because i didnt think honda would hire people with that type of attitude. im very mad and unsatisfied. honda can do a better job with their contracts. they seem in a rush to get paid but they are NOT IN A RUSH TO HELP YOU WHEN THEY ARE NOT BENEFITING FROM IT. DO NOT GO THERE. i would never recommend this dealership unless i was mad at somebody and i wanted to get even. More
I found this dealership through cars.com, as I am in Denver, CO. I called to find out what my options were to purchase the vehicle and have it transported. Qumara was very short with me when I called and frankly didn't seem very interested in my business. She was not rude, but simply told me "we do not transport vehicles" (although I'm perfectly willing to hire a transport service myself since there are so many available). When I paused, somewhat confused by the lack of interest in selling me the vehicle, she simply said thank you, have a nice day - and ended the call. Guess I'll look elsewhere. More
I visited Route 22 Honda in order to check out if they were running any end of the 2011 car cycle sales on Odysseys Touring Elite. At the end of the day we were not able to agree on a price so I did not make a purchase (although I did go to another Honda dealership and purchased a vehicle). I would have liked to have purchased a car from Bryan because he did try very hard to make the sale but at the end of the day the manager (who was was eating at the time) was not willing to meet my price demands. I had a very bad experience at route 22 Honda. They quoted me a great price on a new Honda Civic LX, if I came in and bought it that day. I told them it was a deal. I sat around for about an hour, but was then brought the paperwork for the car. It all looked good, just as agreed upon. I signed the paperwork, but they said the car would not be ready that night. They did promise me that they would have it ready the next morning and deliver it to my house. I secured the cashier check for the amount of the car--as agreed upon in the signed contract. I also secured insurance. The car did not come at the time agreed upon. I called several times, and the response was the same "the car is just about ready". Finally at about 7:30pm, I called and asked what the problem was. My salesman told me that they could no longer honor the contract, and that it would cost $1000 more than agreed upon. I asked to speak to the manager, but was put on hold with no response. Very very unprofessional. Do not trust their words or contracts--they do not honor them. More

luis rosero is a shitty salesman. When he found out how much my payment would be, he assumed i wouldn't be able to pay it.I left several messages for Luis since my car doesn't have a manual & its been 5 mo much my payment would be, he assumed i wouldn't be able to pay it.I left several messages for Luis since my car doesn't have a manual & its been 5 months without a return call or manual! The only reason I was able to get A good deal was i approached a finance officer Ben & told him my situation & he helped me. I won't reccomend route 22 honda of hillside unless you can speak to Ben directly!!! More
