Probably the best experience Ive had in leasing a vehicle . Abdel was very professional and did not give me any run arounds like I've noticed at other dealerships on this highway. I came in looking to lease a civic at a specific price and Abdel worked the payments to be close to where I wanted. His manager marlon was also very kind that he came out and looked at the vehicle I was purchasing and congratulated me on the car. I did spend quite some time at the dealership but I guess that's what happens at a busy dealership. I'm glad I came to route 22 Honda but I'm even happier that there's still a dealership out there that treats their customers with courtesy and respect as I have received from these 2. I had the most amazing dealer experience I have ever had. Having purchased 15 cars in my life, this was the smoothest and easiest one ever. The first one we looked at wasn't adequate and he called me the next day with a "hot" used car that had just arrived at the dealership. My mechanic looked at it and gave me a green light. When I went to purchase that car, my lease was coming to a close on my 2009 Accord. Matt and Steve got me out of the lease early, with no penalty for a mileage overage, and made me an offer I couldn't refuse to get me into the 2011 CRV that I wanted and just love! I told them that they have a customer for life...buying a new or used car was never easier and I really felt that these guys worked for me.
