We are very sorry to hear about your negative experience. We try to accommodate to our customers needs as best we can. Unfortunately, we cant always satisfy everyone with our dealership being so large and traffic being so high. Vehicle prices change according to different trim levels and equipment within the vehicle. We apologize for if you felt as if we wasted your time, surely we do not want to waste anyone's time or money. We do have a large dealership with many cars on our premises. When discussing the price of a vehicle, typically all of the added fees are not added in until the end, this could be the reason for your issue. Or possibly there was some sort of miscommunication between our team and you about the pricing of your vehicle, prices tend to change depending on trim levels or equipment that is found in the vehicles. We certainly do not want you to feel as if you have been cheated in pricing, because we do cover every angle in order to get our customers into the cars that they prefer.
