Best Honda dealership, service is exceptional and all the people that works there are friendly and very helpful. Abdel Nassar was by far THEE greatest customer consultant and rep for honda on route 22!!! He had all the answers, he knew his work as well as his cars and NO ONE could have better patience, presentation and and rep for honda on route 22!!! I got a good vibe from the moment that I walked into the dealership. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted. Yancy was able to read that very well (unlike the other Honda dealership that I went to). He listened to me and presented me with the best deal. Thirty minutes later I returned to seal what in fact was the best deal. He was very professional and made everything run smoothly and had me out of there in no time! Everyone is very friendly! They often smile, ask if you're being helped, and make sure that you're getting the attention you deserve as a consumer. Miosotty also contributed to my positive experience, she went out of her way to ensure that I left happy.... and I did! More

I went to this dealership looking to sit-just sit- in a 2012 CR-V and get a brochure. I specifically stated that my wife would need to come in to test drive it at a later date. The salesman left me for 20 2012 CR-V and get a brochure. I specifically stated that my wife would need to come in to test drive it at a later date. The salesman left me for 20 minutes to get a brochure. I then asked him for his card; that took another 20 minutes. i ran into the salesman finally as I was walking out. The whole experience took 1 hour! Crazy and unprofessional. My advice: Listen to the customer. Stop the baby psychological cheesy sales games. Don't waste your time; go to a better dealership, like Planet Honda. More

Well when I first went in I started to look at used cars and wanted to finance for up to six years than after I sat down and spoke to Abdel about this we came to a conclusion that it would be best if I leas and wanted to finance for up to six years than after I sat down and spoke to Abdel about this we came to a conclusion that it would be best if I leased to help built my credit and since I'm young I'm most likely going to want a new car within the next three years. I stopped by Route 22 Honda actually just browsing not really sure what I wanted or if I was really read to purchase a new car after seeing a car they had advertised. My salesman Josh Delmonico was really really sure what I wanted or if I was really read to purchase a new car after seeing a car they had advertised. My salesman Josh Delmonico was really patient with me and really very courteous. This was my 4th new car and I have to say I never felt so comfortable and not rushed by a car salesman. He really took the time to make sure I was satisfied with what I was buying. He really changed that "sleazy" car salesman image I always had. He actually had me laughing he had such a great sense of humor!! I've already told my friends and family next time they want a car to go see him. Also I noticed the dealership closed at 9 that night and he was with me to well after 10:00 & didn't make me feel rushed to get out. Thanks Josh you really helped me alot and when I'm ready to get my daughter her new car for 18th birthday I'll be there to see you. Anyone reading this should go see this guy he really was one of a kind!! More
