Was in the market for a certified used Honda Civic. Saw a great deal on a low mileage 2010 civic so I called in and asked about it and set up an appointment to go in and check it out. Not sure what made me do this but went back on the autotrader link within an hour later and out of no where the price of this car jumped up $3,000. -___- So completely confused I called again and questioned this and they told me it could have been a mistake and it was changed and continued to persuade me to come in "we'll make a deal, don't worry we'll make a deal" So I said yeah sure. Clearly didn't go in. Never heard from them again (surprise, surprise) They completely lost my trust and wouldn't recommend them to anyone in the market for a certified used car. ABSOLUTE GARBAGE OF A DEALER. This just goes to show you most dealers are thieves and don't care to help you at all. More
I have visited several dealerships throughout the years and this is by far the best. The salesperson was very honest and the process for leasing a new vehicle was quick compared to previous experiences. and this is by far the best. I was also able to complete a lot of the paper work via the phone and make a deal over the phone to alleviate the pressure and negotiating that usually happens at a dealership. Place so great my husband and I have leased two new vehicles within the past month. More

purchased a Croostour in 2010at Route 22 Honda, based n the exceptional serviced received on Ridgeline. However to me ther is a great disparity between Sales and Service. The Sevice department explained the process invovvled with the repair and maintence of the Ridgeline when ever brought in for service. Sales sold the Crosstour knowing it was damaged did a shoddy repair when contacted hid behind the NJ lemon law in part which says if damage is less then a thousand dollard no need to disclose to the seller. I purchsed the Crosstour for my wife as A gift and retired from workk moved to Alabama when I contact Route 22 Honda It was out of sight outt of mind. I have had dealings with othe Honda dealerships they were understanding listened and explained how or why they could or would not do certain things or what I should do. The Sales department at Route 22 Honda went thru the motions of being hypocrites (actors) . Mr Garcia wrote a letter and in no way cared about askin for a photo to see how the repairwas done or if I was telling the truth. More
I have Honda accord of 2001 and always preferred dealer to do servicing. There was some noise coming like metal clanking from bellow the car when I go over rough road. When I showed the car to dealer, they told me there is around 2K of work needed in the car but they were not able to pinpoint the problem. I took the car to DCH Paramus honda and just gave the car for oil change. After the servicing they told me that there is a suspension link broken and I should get it fixed. It looks like they are more interested in making money and not providing good service. More
Why i given the rating I did because Mohammed Ibrahim and his team deserve it they help me thorough a real difficult time by just trusting in them and letting them do the work for me. I went to buy a new car from these guys. Negotiated a final price, put a deposit on the car and signed the purchase order. I was going to get my bank own loan and pick it up a couple of days later. I was called two days before the pick-up with the sale person telling me that the manager wants more money to complete the deal. When I called the next day to talk to the manager, I was told that my car was sold the day before. They sold the car that they put in a contract and I had put a $500 deposit on. These guys are terrible and no one should buy from them. I tried complaining to corporate Honda, but they were of no use. I will be filing in the BBB as well. More

I'm on my 6th leased car for my family since 2006 there prices and service are great but better amd the atmosphere there is great sometimes I drive all the way down from Hasbrouck Heights just to BS with them. The reason why I'm also writing this review is becasue I just leased a 2012 Honda EX Accord two door for my daughter the two door Civi lease was up. I had the four door LXP model myself, however this EX is sweet. I have the 2010 LX CRV Mohammed the sales rep is working on a deal to help me to trade up to the new 2012 CRV EX this SUV, took it for a test drive, it's unreal. I should be hearing back from him with in the next few weeks hope it works out it's a very impressive SUV can't wait. More
