These guys are pathetic, I went to buy a used car, and the sales person named Ike was the biggest bluff master of the entire NJ state. The sales man has bluffed for almost everything, and once he got the the sales person named Ike was the biggest bluff master of the entire NJ state. The sales man has bluffed for almost everything, and once he got the deposit money than one by one I came to know all the bluffs he told me about car prices and additional charges, I was buying. However car was good but I had to pay a lot more than they told me the price. I was told that Honda route 22, does not sale any car without a 7 years or 100k mile transmission warranty. And they charge $899 for the same, but at last I came to know that this warranty was not there in my documents and was not listed in the detailed price list, when I suspect and asked that how come it is not there in list, then he told me that It is already included and don’t worry you would get it, but at last I did not get it. I don’t want to tell each and every details, it would take a lot of time, but I would like to suggest to future buyers that be careful before signing any documents in route22, as they would try to get your signature and deposit amount, and once they get it, you consider yourself as trapped ?, they would make sure that either you have to buy the car by paying much more amount they have told you earlier or you would have to leave $500 + tax as a processing fees once you come to know that everything you was told need some more extra money. So you would be paying $500 without buying anything. Loan department did as many as 13 hard enquiries in my credit to sanction loan. Which effect credit history badly, I would suggest buyer that handle your loan separately, don’t take loan from American Honda. I had paid $3500 extra than tax and registration fees, than the original price of the used car. And there was no way out for cancellation except leaving $500 with them. More

I recently went into Rt 22 Honda to compare their Honda Civic to the Hyundai Accent, Toyota corolla, and Nissan Sentra. The level of professionalism I received from Abdel had to be the greatest I have ever encountered. knowing i just started shopping and comparing he was still very helpful and gladly helped go over the car.He explained everything about the car took us on a test drive and was very easy to work with. I went to return the lease on my Civic because I need a four door since I had a new addition to the family. I went with my list of cars I wanted, he revised it and gladly helped without an attitude or hesitation. The level of professionalism I received from Abdel was excellent. He knew exactly what I wanted and went right to it. He was fast and efficient. He got me into new car instaed of another lease; zero down!!! He went above and beyond to for this to happen.
