Route 22 Honda

I went in looking to trade in a vehicle because of the commercial of $3, 000 no matter the condition of the car. When I get there I am told that they only do that if they really have to so they can push a commercial of $3, 000 no matter the condition of the car. When I get there I am told that they only do that if they really have to so they can push a sale. I was really shocked when I was told this. After the credit check was checked I was told a monthly rate, then another rate then in the finance dept I got another rate. This was so dissapointing especially since I had already accepted the second rate and traded my car for less then $3000. The guy in the finance dept was so negative saying I'm not sure if this willgo through blah blah blah after 4 hours that's the last thing I wanted to hear . In the end I was able to get my car ,but at a higher rate and after 6 hours. Route 22 hondas salesmen should tell the customers that the first monthly rate is an estimate not say that this is the firm rate. More

first and for-most let me start off by saying that i was shopping for a new car because my old car had gotten totaled in a accident so i was in desperate need of a car. NO-ONE would approve me for a loan because of my horrible credit. when i walked into the dealership it i was in low spirit and was close to giving up, my soon to be salesperson joemy greeted me with a smile and took me to his desk, he promised me he was going to do everything he could to get me a car, and he did just that ! i walked out that day with a 2009 honda accord at a 7% rate which i think is great depsite my credit history. i am truly blessed to have met joemy he got me a car when no dealership in the tri-state area could. i never write reviews but i just had to take the time out to tell about my experience i had. #teamjoemy More

I was skeptical about taking the drive to Route 22 Honda when there are so many other dealerships in my vicinity. When I got there I was amazed at the facility, elegant showroom with plenty of space and eve when there are so many other dealerships in my vicinity. They even had antique Honda cars and motorcycles from the 70's. A new state of the art service department was just built and it is amazing! Joemy gave me a detailed demonstration on the Civic. He was courteous and professional. Offered me coffee and explained every aspect of the sale. His general sales manager Craig Cohen was extremely helpful, he got me a great end of month deal and made me feel confident in my decision to purchase at Route 22 Honda. I recommend his dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new or used car. They have a huge inventory and are very aggressive with their pricing. More
