This was my first experience in purchasing a vehicle. I went in there knowing a little bit about the whole car buying experience but not alot. I had a wonderful experience when dealing with Mohammed my sales person and Pablo the Finance Manager. I went in to discuss my current financial situation and credit score. I was looking for information to my sales person and Pablo the Finance Manager. I went in to discuss my current financial situation and credit score. I was looking for information to determine what I needed to do to purchase a car in the near future. I never expected to leave with a car. That night I financed and left with a 2011 Honda Accord LX sedan. At no time during the process were Mohanmmed or Pablo pushy or overly persistent. They were pleasant to deal with, helpful and very understanding of my situation. Their goal was to get me in a car that I liked with a payment that I could afford. Not once did I feel like they were just out to make a sale at any cost without consideration of the customer. I never once felt like they didn't want to be bothered or were impatient with me or my situation. More

First i will say my parents have purchased 3 brand new cars from this dealership with nothing bad to say about it at all. now my encounter was a bit different. The online/phone sales/meeting setup dep cars from this dealership with nothing bad to say about it at all. now my encounter was a bit different. The online/phone sales/meeting setup department was not good at all. They told me a used car was there then i get there it was not. I called them 3 times the day i went in and they assured me that it was there and ready for a test drive. So right off the bat i was not happy about that at all. I felt lied to and tricked I was not happy. The salesmen Luis that I had my meeting with however did restore some faith in the dealership. He was not happy with how I was treated he talked to them and had a meeting with them about how it was unprofessional that they tell people from staten island to come in and spend money on gas and tolls to buy/ look at cars that are not even there. I do think it is a good dealership i just had a bad time my personal first time buying. i would recommend going and calling to make sure that used cars are there. New cars great place to buy. More
