irrelevant they left the engine filter cover uncovered and I had to drive home for 35 min with the malfunctioning vehicle , and I wrote to them what they did to my vehicle and they still tell me that they and I had to drive home for 35 min with the malfunctioning vehicle , and I wrote to them what they did to my vehicle and they still tell me that they didn't do anything to it, it was just an oil change as I ordered, but then they don't even know what they do because it's so easy to put a cap back on. engine filter and they forgot it, also I could have had a major problem with my vehicle and they were not responsible for it More

READ BEFORE YOU SHOP AT THIS DEALERSHIP! !!!!!!!!!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! I should give them no stars. These people are a bunch of crooks. On Monday 3/21/2022 I left a deposit of $2500 !!!!!!!!!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! I should give them no stars. These people are a bunch of crooks. On Monday 3/21/2022 I left a deposit of $2500.00 on a 2019 Honda CRV EXL. After doing my research I discovered the vehicle had been in an accident and had damage to the right side and was in an accident. When I called them to ask a question they said it was cosmetic. I went to the dealer with a Preapproval up to $50,800. They tried to lie and say the bank picked this vehicle based on where I wanted my payment and my down payment. I called the bank and asked questions and found out they were lying. On Tuesday 3/24/2022 I requested a refund. They said 3-5 day. I called my bank on Thursday and was told they don't see a refund being processed at all. SO THEY ARE HOLDING MY MONEY AND I REQUESTED A REFUND LESS THAN 24 HOURS AFTER LEAVING A DEPOSIT!!!!!!!!!!
