The whole experience right from my first trip to the dealership was great. The friendliness and genuine interest of the staff in making customer happy is truly noticeable. The color that I wanted was no dealership was great. The friendliness and genuine interest of the staff in making customer happy is truly noticeable. The color that I wanted was not readily available and Aaron went out of his way to get me the color that I really wanted. I got a great deal even in terms of the price that I paid for the car, all the accessories that I wanted and the financing of the car. Craig is a pleasure to with and he respected every aspect of the sale. I picked up the car late in the evening and the dealership was almost closing and yet the staff never made me feel hurried. The financing of the car and dealing with those personnel is not always a pleasant experience. But Sesi made it quick and never pushed me to get or go for anything that I was not interested. They are a great team and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I was dreading it going in but came out with a great car. I will be a long term customer for Rt 22 Honda as I have heard great things about their service dept. I intend to stay with them and will recommend this team to all my friends and family members interested in buying a car. More

He continued his professionalism after the deal had been closed with a follow up phone call just to see how i was enjoying the vehicle and to make sure everything was operating correctly. The sales person was no the only person that i need to write about in this review, Arron who was part of the management team made sure everything was correct on my lease and even contacted me before i picked up the car in a last attempt to save me even more money. It is one of the worst dealership I have seen in the world. The sales manager doesn't know how to talk. They call us all the way from 25 miles saying they will beat the competitor offer by $500 and then world. The sales manager doesn't know how to talk. The first thing they say after looking at the competitor offer is that ohhh we cannot beat it however we will try to match it. Why the xxxx to call us then. We did not want a match. They only want that competitor doesn't sell the car and if they could. But they dont know that by doing this they won't get the sales. And then there is no courtesy also and they start shouting. The name of the Sales Manager is Jhon Galvis and the person from his team who had send the mail was Ray McNair. Both these guys should should be fired from their respective jobs for being such pathetic people. No one should buy car from this dealership More

Eli Jimenez was extremely helpful with our deal with our car. We went in at 830pm and were out with a brand new 2013 car by 10pm; he didn't play games worked with us with getting the car note we wanted and car.
