I wanted to lease a brand new accord 2013. They promised a attractive price of 159$/month with 0 down payment after verifying my credit records. After taking all my documents, they said that I have to make a attractive price of 159$/month with 0 down payment after verifying my credit records. After taking all my documents, they said that I have to make a down payment of 3k or pay 322$/month. I spoke to the manager, he was very rude and adamant to accept their mistake and provide me the offer promised. I felt cheated and will not visit this dealer again and wouldn't recommend anyone. More

During the month of November I went to the dealer to switch muy Honda Pilot from a lease to a finance. The service that day was wonderful. On November 24, 2013 myself Yesenia Morales was pullover by a p switch muy Honda Pilot from a lease to a finance. The service that day was wonderful. On November 24, 2013 myself Yesenia Morales was pullover by a police officer because sopposely I had ficticious plates. I was scared because my plates are good the problem was that Corey suppose to call my husband Pedro Vega to let him know that the new plates were ready to pick up but he went on vacation and who ever was in charge never gave my husband a call. The police officer told me that the Pilot is registered under another different plates and I told him impossible if the person that was in charge would have done there job completely I would never have to go through this. If I was in the turnpike or parkway with my kids and a state patrol police will have pull me over they take away the truck and leave me there with the kids I DON'T THINK NO ONE WILL BE HAPPY WITH THAT ESPECIALLY ME AND THEN HAVING TO GO TO THE DEALER LOOKING FOR A SOLUTION BECAUSE I WOULD HAVE GOTTEN I LICENSE SUSPENDED, TICKETS,AND TOWING FEES, something that could have been avoided. Thks GOD it didn't happen. On November 25, my husband Pedro went to the dealer to verify if the plates were there already and Gary Angus gave him the worst attitude and really bad customer service and treated my husband not polite at all and was acting like he didn't want to solve his problem and at least apologizing for the inconvenience and not showing gratitude. We have been dealing with this dealer for many years. Working with people like this just makes you want to go to another dealer and not recommend no one else to purchase a vehicle there. Thank You. Horrible to the core. A complete bait and switch dealer. Say one number day one and another number day 2. Go to the dealership don't even honor number 1 nor 2 and come up with a 3rd number. Buying a car from this place is truly a racket you really don't what you are going to truly get. They have a internet person names Melissa who comes up with numbers that both the managers are shocked and they always blame the internet saying oh really they don't know what they are doing…Its a shame in this day and age when you have sites like true car.com where you can possibly get all the information and then they say why don't you get it at that site. I wouldn't go there neither would i recommend going to this dealership….HORRIBLE!!!!!!! More

I chose to go to Route 22 Honda because I've had the pleasure of buying a new car here in the past. My first time was so pleasurable it was a no-brainer that I'd buy from here again. I worked with a gentleman named Victor who really worked FOR me. The whole staff was accommodating. I got a great deal on my trade in and a great deal on a new car. The experience doesn't end with the purchase. I've received follow-up calls, and was re-introduced to their service department. The best consumer is an educated consumer. But if you lack any knowledge of what you want and what you can afford, these guys can really help you. I'll be in the market to buy a second car for my wife in 2014. My experience at this dealership was far beyond exceptional. I was treated with respect from the minute I entered the facilities until the time I left with my vehicle. My salesman Nate was extremely helpful in guiding me through the decision and purchasing process. He was very knowledgeable about the cars and helped me get into one that not only fit my finances now, but considered my finances into the future. Being that this was my first car purchase, I was a little unsure of how the process would go, but Nate was a really big help in making things comfortable and easy for me to understand. In finances, Joel was diligent in getting me through the process and to my car as fast as possible. He made the paper work easy for me to understand and explained all of my options thoroughly and in a timely manner. At the end of the day, the generosity, care and compassion of these two workers made my first car buying experience a breeze and something I will always remember. I will definitely continue to tell my friends and co-workers about the dealership. I can not thank them enough for their hard work to get me into a beautiful new car! THANKS!! More
