Last week was our second time that my husband and I went back to Rt 22 Honda in Hillside, NJ to get a new car. Once again, What a wonderful experience!!! We have a Honda dealer close to our house, but we back to Rt 22 Honda in Hillside, NJ to get a new car. Once again, What a wonderful experience!!! We have a Honda dealer close to our house, but we rather drive the extra miles to fulfill our needs, and to try one more time Rt 22 Honda again. What a place!!!!, what an atmosphere!!!!!. We really feel welcome, very comfortable, like being home. One of the biggest reason that we went back to Rt 22 Honda is because you have a great salesman, his name is Alex Guzman. Once in a while, Alex for the last three years took his time to give us a call, to see how we were doing with our car, what a great man Alex is. He really cares for his customers. So last Saturday it was no exception, as always, Alex took time to work with us, first taking us to test the car, and giving us all the information related to financing. When it was time to do the insurance for the car, we had some difficulties because the insurance's offices were closed, and we could'n get a hold of them, but again, there was Alex to guide us, to provide us with information and to find the way to get through them. He gently offered us to use one of the computers at Rt 22 Honda premises, that was it!!! We solved the case!! We left the dealer almost at 10:00 pm that day!!! For sure we'll keep going back to Rt 22 Honda. We have already two friends that want to go over there already. That is how excited we feel, and we will continue spreading the great news!!!!
