Route 22 Honda

I decided to come to route 22 Honda because it had very high ratings and I truly thought that I would have a great experience, but I was very wrong. Upon arrival the receptionist greeted us then set us up high ratings and I truly thought that I would have a great experience, but I was very wrong. Upon arrival the receptionist greeted us then set us up with Abraham and assured us that he was a very good salesman. Abraham explained how route 22 Honda worked and emphasized on the facts that they do not work on commission, they are straight forward when it comes to pricing, and they have a 72 hour return policy. He stated that if I was %100 percent satisfied with my purchase that I can return the car and get my money back with no problem. On 02/08/14 I bought 2014 Honda civic coupe and I was not satisfied with the way it drove in winter conditions. On Monday the 11th my father and had to go back to the dealer and return the car. I called Abraham before hand to let him know, he said he would call me back but never returned my call. I had to wait an hour before I was able to speak to Abraham after I arrived to the dealer. He was noticeably upset and had us speak to his manager. His manager wasn't any happier. He tried to get me to keep the car and after that did not work he accused me of returning the car because I couldn't find an insurance company. He then said he will speak to his manger to see if my reason was a good enough one to return the car. I gave the dealership $3000 cash, I was told I would have to wait to receive a check in order to get my money back. I signed some papers and was told that I should receive the check in the mail. Today is 02/26/14 and I still HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY MONEY. Over the past week my father has called and Abraham would not answer his calls, when he finally did he forwarded the call to his manger. The manager was extremely rude and hung up on my father. Long story short every one is courteous and professional when everything is going their way but if things go south everyone loses their manners and gives you a hard time !!! Worst experience ever !!! More
