Our experience with our salesperson, Melissa Minaya, was wonderful. She was so sweet and helpful, never pressuring us to purchase the car and able to explain the features of the car and answer our question wonderful. My husband even commented that he enjoyed working with a woman salesperson much more, since he felt less pressured and felt they were more likely to be straightforward in their dealings with customers. She was very friendly and helped us complete all of our paperwork. She's new to the dealership, but knowledgeable about Honda and their cars. I would highly recommend asking for her. As for the dealership - there were no real issues, other than the fact that the process was too long (almost 4 hours). Melissa did her part wonderfully, but we were still made to wait a very long time to sign the final paperwork. Overall though, I was satisfied with the service at Rt. 22 Honda. More
