I went into honda22 on Friday afternoon just to check out the new 2014 CRV, I wasn't sure if I was going to purchase the car. The excellent customer service they had made me change my mind. The are great wi the new 2014 CRV, I wasn't sure if I was going to purchase the car. The excellent customer service they had made me change my mind. The are great with work with what your budget is and also making sure you leave out of there happy. So I drove out of their lot with my brand new CRV. Would defently recommend people to this dealer ship. More

2 years ago I went to this dealership to buy a new car after my car was totaled. one of the sales managers, ron davis, said that he would handle my agreement personally so I felt like I was really being t after my car was totaled. one of the sales managers, ron davis, said that he would handle my agreement personally so I felt like I was really being treated great. I left out with a 2005 Nissan murano and have had problems ever since. I knew very very little about my loan that I was in and therefore was not aware that I left with a 25% interest and a 79 month loan. YIKES. so, I went back there today to try to see if they could help me because from the moment I purchased, my car has done nothing but act right. I am now down 2 transmissions, a muffler, an axle and a host of other issues that I cannot remember to name and still I am having issues. Because I came in as a previously dissatisfied customer, I was referred to ron Jackson. He did everything he could to make me cry. In front of my mother, he sat there and read my credit report, which was inaccurate, to tell me that I did not qualify to be put into another car. He sat there with an attitude and basically refused to help me. He finally told me THE sales manager of the office was coming down to speak to me. After 20 min of waiting, I left. I now feel that since I am stuck in this horrible loan I must warn others that they have been extremely rude and sneaky and don't seem interested in doing anything within the best interest of their customers. More
