Excellent Service I started shopping for a used car 3 weeks prior to walking into Route 22 Honda where I was told that Stephen Sheehan would assist me. If I were to be I started shopping for a used car 3 weeks prior to walking into Route 22 Honda where I was told that Stephen Sheehan would assist me. If I were to be honest, I didn't expect much because of the experiences I've had during my previous ventures. I told him I had a specific budget, not a particularly huge one, and it was budget above all else to which he said it was no problem. He ended up showing me and having me test drive four vehicles which fell into my requirements. Needless to say, I really wasn't very satisfied with any of them. He then sat me down and proceeded to ask me specific questions regarding my car needs and after hearing my responses, suggested leasing. I have always been against leasing because everyone I know who leases, have monthly bills I was not willing to pay. He then brought Aaron Stevens over and I asked for a detailed explanation regarding leasing where they answered all my questions which clearly were to my satisfaction. Before that I was basically a gas and go kind of person, no monthly car payments. Cutting to the chase, at the end of the day, I left Route 22 Honda with a leased 2014 Honda Civic which so far I'm very happy with. Monthly payments unbelievable and full insurance that is actually far less that my previous partial for my old car that died. Stephen had me go back to the dealership for a crash course in explaining all the features, Aaron was extremely helpful with that also. He's also checked back with me since the actual transaction to make sure all is good and that I am happy with my new car, which I am. I have already recommended this dealership to several friends who's commented on my car because as they put it, "anyone who actually convinced YOU to lease a car is someone I'd have dealings with". More
