I couldn't believe when he told to go test ride Toyota Rav 4, Nissan Rogue etc. That shows the confidence he had that I would come back. Simply amazing... Overall the experience on paper work etc. was smooth. Only 1 hitch was when I told that Honda Finance wouldn't work as I was on a temporary immigrant visa. But still the finance mgr worked it out with his superiors and kept up the deal. Again amazing... What more could I have asked for? More

I went to another dealership in the area and was shocked by the manager's rudeness toward his sales staff, never mind coming across Gery in the negotiation process. At Rt 22, they were very open to negotiating on the price, never made me feel uncomfortable going back and forth on offers, and I felt like I got a great deal. Also, each manager came over, made sure the sales staff were being helpful, and made all the customers feel welcome and comfortable to ask any question. While a Honda pretty much sells itself, I would recommend this dealership for being pleasant and not pushy. More
