Worst Experience & Cheating on Price As every dealer works, BDC department (Lina & Mellissa - both the prices were different) gives you price and promises to keep the price, we stop by th As every dealer works, BDC department (Lina & Mellissa - both the prices were different) gives you price and promises to keep the price, we stop by the dealer on Saturday 7/9/16 for CR-V EX AWD and we were greeted by Jose as Sales Rep. He doesn't want to match the price in writing (which is about 1,300 less) from another dealer though they have 110% price match policy and ask us to wait until he brings someone at higher position. After waiting for more than half hour, rude guy named Gary showed up with Jose and show us some xxxx Dealer Invoice for 26,025 (without even Honda Logo - how could big manufacturer will send you invoice on plain paper and not on letter head) saying confidential information. He was so rude that he asked us to leave and go to the dealer who has lower price and he was not ready to offer even their internet price (BDC department) price which is 25,995. As per him, BDC department doesn't know the invoice price and they gave wrong price and he can't even match that price which is offered by their internet sales department. While other dealer (VIP Honda) was very happy to give me the internet price offered without any hesitation and I already got the 2016 CR-V EX AWD as promised price by VIP Honda on 7/11/16. More
