Pleasure OK so after weeks of looking for a particular car through credit one Navigator I came across, the car I wanted, The car was so new to the dealership t OK so after weeks of looking for a particular car through credit one Navigator I came across, the car I wanted, The car was so new to the dealership that it only had stock pictures up. I inquired about the car everyday for almost a week, and yes I became that annoying customer as sometimes I called 3 times a day. I was handed over to my sales Rep Pate Charles and she handled my inquiry very professionally. We were on a first name basis within the first couple of phone calls and never once did they seem annoyed or bothered. I spoke with Alex the sales floor manager a very very very nice guy, he informed me that the car just arrived at the dealer and was getting serviced, even after I told him I would put a deposit down on the car over the phone with out seeing it, he refused until the car was clear from service. I felt as if he really cared and wanted to make sure the car was safe before taking any money from me. So after about over a week the car was good to go and the offer I made was honored and put the deposit down. Shortly after Pate took the time to take pictures of the car and email them to me so I could see my future purchase. I appreciated that very much. since I was driving over 130 min away. With that being said the same day the car was on the lot they got several inquiries on it and refused to sell it since I had a deposit on it. Some dealers from my experience will sell a car to the highest depositor. There were only two minor things I had an issue with but nothing that would turn me away from purchasing there again. First was the fact that the sales service Dept manager was eating lunch in his office with a co worker and had his door to his office open so my husband and I could see his computer screen and hear what he was watching on his computer monitor, nothing bad of coarse just a little rude for people who are waiting for there approval. Second was the visit to the financial adviser, again a very very nice guy named Orlando, he was quick with all the paper work which was great because everyone knows that the car buying process is long and exhausting, the only thing was that I wish he told us our monthly payments first, before we had signed all the papers, I even asked my husband are you OK with this amount and Orlando jokingly said its to late now. Again Alex from Route 22 Honda did know what amount I was comfortable paying and the amount was in that range so it's no big deal, it just would of been nice to know hey this is your amount and if you agree now you can sign. All and All The experience with this dealership was a pleasure the staff was friendly, Pate And Alex are A1 in my book keep up the good job guys and I hope to do business with you soon but not to soon. More

When I went to Route 22 Honda about a week ago I was expecting to spend the whole afternoon there going back and forth with a sales person trying to g When I went to Route 22 Honda about a week ago I was expecting to spend the whole afternoon there going back and forth with a sales person trying to get a deal not always convenient for me. My last 3 experiences with auto dealers left me exhausted and with empty hands. But the moment I was introduced to John Medina some interior feeling told me that I could be surprised. And I was!!! John was above and beyond to understand my situation and to guide me to the best possible deal. No waste of time and no complicated process. I was done en half an hour and just needed to wait another half to collect and sign the paperwork. Other staff personnel like Alexander Guzman and Remila Christo were the perfect match to complete the team who made my day a special one. Thank you to all of them for their work!!! More

As everyone knows, it's not easy to find folks at car deale I visited several dealers not only Honda but also others before I went to Route 22 Honda. As everyone knows, it's not easy to find folks at car dealers who treat you "right" anywhere you go. Nelson and others folks there treated me as a "customer" from the start to finish. I purchased my Honda not only because of the price but they were very patient and did not seem to mind spending time regardless what I was requesting for. It is a huge purchase if you buy a brand-new car and you want to consider it from many different angles and perspectives, and they understand. They do not try to rush to get the business, as you always hear, if I do this, can I get the business today? :-( The bottom line is that Route 22 Honda is one of rare dealer that I can recommend to try at least. You may like it, or you may not, but I was happy to buy my new Accord there because of folks there. More
