Best Vehicle leading experience...EVER! On September 23, I stopped in with my in-laws to help them pick out a car which they so desperately needed. My in-laws can be picky and I was expectin On September 23, I stopped in with my in-laws to help them pick out a car which they so desperately needed. My in-laws can be picky and I was expecting an all day or even a whole 2 day search but from the minute we met Gio, everything fell right into place. They hadn't leased a new vehicle in over 10 years so they were completely blown away with how easy the process was at Route 22 Honda and how attentive everyone was. They went in with a budget but worried they wouldn't get something great on that budget. When they did finally pick their car of choice, Gio informed us the vehicle wasn't available in the color or package at their dealer but that didn't stop him. Gio tracked down the car and made sure they got what they wanted, all in the same day. They ended up leaving that same afternoon with their brand new 2017 Honda Accord EX-L. Gio made sure to listen to us and exactly what my in-laws were looking for and best of all, the price was great! There was no pushing, no harassment and no dumbing-down here at all. Gio is definitely an expert in his field and he can make even the worst situation into a great memory. My in-laws have had their car now for a month and my in-laws sing praises about Gio and Route 22 Honda everyday! Don't bother going to any other Honda dealerships, I've been to them all and I'm a loyal Honda customer for over 10 years now having leased from pretty much every dealership in the vicinity and I've only come back to Route 22 Honda 3 times now because they stand behind their word. I won't trade Route 22 Honda or Gio for any other spot in the world. Keep up the amazing job you guys always do! More
Bought 2 cars and felt doubly disappointed Let me preface this with the fact my wife had been doing research for more than a year on a new car. She had looked at several other makes and mod Let me preface this with the fact my wife had been doing research for more than a year on a new car. She had looked at several other makes and models and settled on the HRV. My truck at the time was in need of replacement so I figured it was time to get something else. I found a few CPO Civics I wanted to see at their location. Our research was done, we knew what we wanted and there was no reason to sell us anything, all we need were test drives and paperwork. I called on the night of July 21 and spoke to the internet lead rep about the Civics I wanted to see. After 20 minutes or so on hold, he did confirm he had the cars I wanted. Even though I went on to make an appointment for the next day with him, he never offered the opportunity to leave a deposit on the EX-L I initially wanted to look at. We arrive for our appointment the next day about 30 minutes early. Ace was our sales rep. I want to point out at this time, I have zero issues with Ace, Fausto, or Orlando. They were all nothing but nice and attentive. The issues lie elsewhere. After Ace ran us through the approach Route 22 uses and gathered some small info, he informs me the EX-L I wanted was in the process of being sold. I decided to consider another CPO Civic and settled on the EX I did end up purchasing. After the test drives is where the day started to fall apart. Anytime a piece of paper was filled out, it had to be checked by someone else. We were consistently told 5-10 minutes and ended up sitting around for 20-30. It seems the only time anything was expedited in a timely fashion was when we were ready to walk out and go home. This ended up with us being at the dealer for over 5 hours with our 10 year old daughter. When I was told the EX-L was sold, Freddy was called over to let me know and offer me other options. He then mentioned I should have been offered to leave a deposit on the vehicle. There seems to be quite the disconnect somewhere. While trying to negotiate trade in value for our vehicles, Joe, A GM I believe, became rather irate. We felt the initial offer on my wife car was rather low and we asked for a much larger number. This seemed to irritate him when we were ready to walk out as it was a deal breaker. Again, trying to leave was the only way to get anything done. Finally, when the deals were written and we are waiting for F&I we’re told it will be five minutes and we can start signing. That was another 30 minutes. My wife started to get a massive migraine as we had not eaten since 2:00 that afternoon and never expected to stay longer than two or three hours. We explained to Ace we wanted our keys back and we would go somewhere else. They ended up having me stay to sign my paperwork and sending my wife home in her HR-V with no paperwork signed. We had to go back during the week to sign it. The license plate and registration debacle is another review. To top it off the sign they prominently display in the showroom, for any complaints, has outdated information on it. More

It's Worth The Time To Spend I came for the maintenance service of my lease 2014 CRV but I ended up getting a new 2016 CRV. The specialist assigned to me for the service informed me of of the the maintenance to be performed in my old car and it was quite a lot of money to spend for that day. I decided to look for GIO who left a voice message on my phone 3 days before the appointment re: the leased 2014 CRV which is about to due in 4 months. When I met him he explained to me some benefits/advantages of getting a new car. At first I was hesitant but later I decided to get a new car after comparing some advantages and disadvantages. There were some confusions at first regarding the price and the computations. For me being the customer, once the salesman keeps on adjusting the price and comes out to get higher that diminishes my trust. But later on it was resolved. He got out of his way to drive me to where their brand new cars are parked so I can personally see the color and the model that I want. He helped me out to decide on the car that I want. I spent around 3 to 4 hours but at the end of the day I was driving back home the brand new 2016 CRV which I never thought of when I came in the service center that day. Whenever you guys visit the Route 22 Honda Service Center please take some time to see Giovanni Rangel, he can help you trading in your old car so you guys can enjoy the luxury of driving a brand new car. I highly recommend GIO and the Route 22 Honda for their excellent services! More
