I would rate Paul Giameo at 100%, if the system allowed it. He demonstrated excellent people skills such as: basically listening to concerns of the consumer (me), continous feedback/updates (by way of text it. He demonstrated excellent people skills such as: basically listening to concerns of the consumer (me), continous feedback/updates (by way of text or in person) as I waited, very thorough regarding findings (puncture in rear right tire, uneven tire pressure and fix for rearview mirror). He provided explanations and solutions, to my concerns. Moreover, Paul provided a test drive, with me present, to assure that all issues, were addressed. Thus far, it appears to have subsided. In fact, Paul extended a open invite to me, if I experience any additional problems, relating to my initial visit. I thank Paul Giameo and Patty Meier, for turning a horrific negative experience with my sales associate (Pate Charles), into a positive memorable reflection. More
I want to express such gratitude, to have met an individual like Patty, after such a horrific experience with my salesperson (Pate Charles), on the purchase of a 2017 Honda Accord V6, certified used individual like Patty, after such a horrific experience with my salesperson (Pate Charles), on the purchase of a 2017 Honda Accord V6, certified used. My salesperson lacks basic people skills, as my concerns weren't addressed or considered. Patty is the true definition of professionalism. Patty displayed poise, concern and communicative skills, regarding my issues. Finally someone listening (took time), to understand my concerns, that I've been experiencing, since date of purchase 03/12/2020. Unlike my salesperson (Pate), who clearly let me know, as she stated,"I did what I was supposed to do. Which was to sell the car. That's all I was supposed to do". Wow.. What a way to treat a customer, that just gave you $15,000.00 cash as a downpayment (Not to be mistaken, that I had to.). However, Patty was able to correct some concerns, but other issues remain. To fully understand how heartfelt I am, with meeting Patty. You would have to read my other testimony. It appears in Yelp.com, dated 06/09/2020, under Dimples L. It's another lengthy review but, a must read. Patty thanks again and continue to be proficient in your professional practice, demeanour and proactive ability. Update: Finally received call from Gio(06/11/2020), with a scheduled service appointment for 06/18/2020. More

Buyer Beware-This has been a nightmare. I purchased a 2017 Honda Accord V6 on March 12, 2020, with a down payment of $15,000.00. The salesperson was Pate, who was overseen by Gio. They knew up front, tha 2017 Honda Accord V6 on March 12, 2020, with a down payment of $15,000.00. The salesperson was Pate, who was overseen by Gio. They knew up front, that I didn't want a certified used vehicle that was hit, because I stressed that. There were minor scratches on drivers side, which was discussed and a solution (a offer) was presented by Gio and excepted by me. Upon driving the vehicle I noticed, that the wheel was wobbling(which they fixed), the rear had lots of rattling noises(which they fixed, by removing rocks in bumper) and it appears to have additional movement in the rear, upon stops and turns (something isn't secure in the rear and it continues to be a problem, which they're aware of). I spoke to Pate and another manager (who was filling in for Gio, in his absence), before the pandemic closure. I told them about ongoing problem and the papers I found within the vehicle, from a reputable Insurance Company (Plymouth Rock), indicating that the rear bumper was replaced and that could be, the existing problem (additional movement, something isn't secure in the rear). Moreover, I'm uncertain how a reputable Insurance Company (Plymouth Rock), addressed this damage in 2019 (paid for it) and it not appear on the rt22 Honda Carfax, is beyond me. They sent me back to the service dept. where I met Patty, for another evaluation. Patty stated, "she'll connect with Pate and I can call Pate, for update. I called Pate the same day and was unable, to reach her. The next day they closed, due to the pandemic mandatory closure. I tried speaking to Pate since her return in May, regarding my concerns. She(Pate) was very abrupt, stating, "I did what I was supposed to do. Which was to sell the car. That's all I was supposed to do and you can't give it back". Definitely lacking people skills, as it was continously demonstrated. I tried reasoning with her (Pate), to no avail. She also stated, "I don't remember "(customer has concerns and you don't take any notes). Meanwhile, during the meeting (with other manager present, she(Pate) stated, "I'll keep all the notes "). What happened to concerns of the customer??? She stated,"I'll call you back ". I wanted to make sure she had my telephone number but, before I could verify information, she(Pate) rudely hung up. This is clearly unacceptable behavior. I've also reached out to Gio, several times and he stated, "he has to talk to his general manager and he'll get back to me, verifying my telephone number, once again. It's been over three weeks and I haven't heard from him(Gio). On June 8, 2020 I spoke to Patty(General Service Manager), regarding my continued concern. Patty stated,"she'll give Gio a call and ask him to contact me". Today is June 10,2020 and I haven't heard from anyone. Truly a disappointment. The sad part is, Rt22 Honda was recommended, due to family past experience with Gio and salesperson Jean. What a difference. Appalled I am and still waiting and waiting. More
Friendly to student, skillful salesman I'm an international student working with OPT. Lots of vehicle dealers won't take the risk to lease me a car. But there is no problem here. Mr. Art I'm an international student working with OPT. Lots of vehicle dealers won't take the risk to lease me a car. But there is no problem here. Mr. Art Norvell is a great salesman with plenty of sales skills. I went to Route 22 Honda just wanted to check if I'm eligible to lease a car there but instead of that, I took a car home. Overall the experience was good, a few things might be improved. The time was much longer than I expected. I arrived at 3:00 p.m. but left later than 9:00 p.m. even without all document signed. That's true I wasted 1.5-2 hrs to decide whether I should take a car home on the same day. But I had a clear target for a civic hatchback, and I had finished the test drive at another dealer some time ago. It should not take too much time on my objective of cars. However, the service started by collecting my driving habits followed by the car introduction. Plus the error of the credit card processing system. I felt exhausted when I got out of the dealer. I don't know if this is also one of the sales skills, making the customer tired and feels like he also wasted the salesman's time, so he will make a quick decision at last. But this is really not a good experience. The second is about the price. Different ppl have their own purchasing habits. I'm the one who likes the seller to give me a price number. Then I can decide whether I will accept or bargain with the seller. However, I was kept asking to give a number to them which I can accept. If I'm going to give a number, I need to do a lot of research online before I go there. I just went there to ask if I can get approved for leasing and I almost did no search on the leasing price of a Honda civic before. I understand that's also one of the sales skills because I faced the same question at Lexus dealer. However, I don't like it much. Maybe some changes can be made from customer to customer, but not the same skill for everyone. More

Art Norvell called me out of left field one night and asked me to come in despite a not so great experience I had three years prior with another salesperson. He assured me that due to my bankruptcy th asked me to come in despite a not so great experience I had three years prior with another salesperson. He assured me that due to my bankruptcy there were options on getting me into my new vehicle. Art was personable and friendly. The joke of it all is that I ended up buying a pre-owned Chevy Equinox at a Honda Dealership...go figure. There was a small issue with the vehicle and Art helped find and fix the problem which resulted in me getting to free tires to replace the faulty ones. He's a great guy and fair. Why his name isn't on the list of rate-able sales employees is beyond me. More
