We went in to the dealership rather late and since we knew what we were looking for Pate showed us a few vehicles and then spoke numbers. Both Gio and Pate were very attentive and knowledgeable. They provided a comparison of our options and we opted to lease a 2021 vehicle. Although it was a long day for us going from one dealer to another, the process was smooth. DO NOT BOTHER. RAN CREDIT WITHOUT PERMISSION. I went to Rt 22 Honda before work just to get an estimate for a vehicle that I had in mind before my other lease ends. Julio is the one who helped me, nice guy but he kept repeating multiple times that my credit would NOT be run because I was on a time limit and was not going to purchase that day. Next thing you know, I get an alert on my phone that my credit was run. I question him and he repeats " no it was not". Whatever, Call my credit company and they said it was indeed run by them and I need to return and get a letter from them or a police report in order to remove it. Go back and the "sales manager" Jonathan P. tells me long story short, that he has to speak to someone up and they will contact me the next day in the morning. It's been a week and I have heard nothing from them. I called and left a message and as expected, being ignored. That's not professional at all, and if you as a sales person, are not sure of something, you should double check and not lie just to try to get a sale. More
