My A/C stopped working in my vehicle. I dropped my vehicle off at the Honda dealership. I was sent an invoice, and no were in my invoice stated that my condenser needed to be replaced or I dropped my vehicle off at the Honda dealership. I was sent an invoice, and no were in my invoice stated that my condenser needed to be replaced or was going to be replaced. Instead the dealership was deceiving, and listed items that needed to be fixed on my car. One of the items on the quote was cleaning my A/C unit. By them doing this it had me under the impression if I get my A/C cleaned my A/C would work again. Once I got home and reviewed the invoice I noticed that the condenser was covered under an extended warranty. This dealership is only looking to scam customers into thinking they need services when they don’t. I also called and spoke with Howard and he was very rude and condescending. More
