Absolute liars. We agreed on a price, they took my deposit (not returned) then sold the car at the higher price to another customer. When I expressed my disbelief in strong words, manager Rich got on deposit (not returned) then sold the car at the higher price to another customer. When I expressed my disbelief in strong words, manager Rich got on the phone, made up a story that I was dragging them along - said something about my mother, that I had lied to them and hung up on me. How many stars would you give this company? This happened the day I had arranged for an independent mechanic to inspect the car. Route2Auto assured me car had already been inspected but they had lost the paperwork/had no receipt due to C-19. Quite possible they sold a bad car to an unsuspecting customer. The great news is that I did NOT buy a car from them. Time to celebrate. More
Classic bait and switch scumminess, I really wish I came here first to read the other reviews. As others stated, the price "advertised" is not the price you will get once you show up and tell them you don' here first to read the other reviews. As others stated, the price "advertised" is not the price you will get once you show up and tell them you don't need to deal with their financing. Apparently there is fine print listed on their ads that you won't notice because places like AutoTrader are bloated with information to begin with. Gary began balking immediately when I told him after the test drive I was ready to buy but didn't need to talk to him about financing. Like literally stumbled over his own words and couldn't give us straight answers about what price he could sell the vehicle to me if we didn't use his financing. Then he disappeared for what I was told was going to be just 5 minutes to speak to the manager, and ended up being gone no less than 20 minutes. It was at that point I knew I wasn't getting anywhere and it was just stupid, childish games at this point. What an aggravating situation all around and an absolute waste of time on both ends. Apparently they just don't like money or making what could have been a really easy sale. Who does this these days? Who turns down customers who come with cash in hand to buy a car? Shady dealerships, that's who. Do yourself a favor and find a more trustworthy location to spend your money, don't get conned into outrageous interest rates so they get a kickback. There won't be anything worthwhile about your experience here and they continue to give the industry the black eye that it unfortunately still deserves. More

RUDE AND DISRESCTFUL GENERAL SALES MANAGER IS A RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL CON MAN. Called to schedule an appointment and test drive in the morning. Took time off from work GENERAL SALES MANAGER IS A RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL CON MAN. Called to schedule an appointment and test drive in the morning. Took time off from work and drove over an hour and the car was still in thei middle of the sales floor. The sales associate was annoyed he had to move the cars. The car I test drove had COMPLETELY BALD TIRES. The advertized price is NOT what you pay if you have you're own financing. They claim if you secure your own financing you are actually paying the advertized price PLUS the "savings rebate". In total, almost an extra $2500 than what they advertize on their website and car ads. I finally setted on a price with Rich because I really liked the car. When I told him I would not be paying for "VIN ETCHING" (what a joke) HE HUNG UP ON ME. I wrote an email to their owner and general manager voicing my displeasure with working with their general sales manager and got a reply asking to call me and talk about my experience. I agreed TWICE and still not have heard back from their general manager with any explanation or apology. More

Where do I even begin..I made an appointment to drive an hour and forty five minutes to see a vehicle with the intent to buy considering all went well. The first sign that this was not going to go well was hour and forty five minutes to see a vehicle with the intent to buy considering all went well. The first sign that this was not going to go well was no one answering the phones or my emails confirming that the vehicle was still available before I made the 1.45 hour drive. I finally get there only to be to to wait outside since I'm out of state, which is understandable considering the pandemic situation. I eventually got to test driving it in the parking lot....yes the parking lot for 15 minutes, only to be told by MIKE the salesman that someone had seen it earlier and called about 2 hours before I arrived and put a $5k deposit on it. THAT WAS WHY I WAS TRYING TO CALL!! NOT EVEN A COURTESY CALL BACK! I drove almost 2 hours top see this car! No attempt to see if Id like to see anything else, just rushed me out of there. It gets better! The next day I had my wife call to see if the same vehicle was available and gave the stock number. Come to find out, after getting through to speaking to someone finally, it was confirmed that the car was STILL AVAILABLE! Wife explained to the rep on what happened and the rep went to explain that they don't even take payments of $5k over the phone!!! I wasted almost 4 hours of my day just to get the run around from that sketchy Mike. They became sketchy as soon as I told them that i was from CT and probably did not want to do business, OR that was a cheap Bait and Switch tactic. BE WARNED, More

I saw it parked as I was driving passed and decided to take a look, which is when I was greeted by Joey. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle and never tried to “sell me” on something I didn’t need. I felt confident and that their team cared throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend them and Joey specifically. More
