Service on Jeep bought from a different Dealership I called to have my Jeep service for upper strut noise that started when the weather started getting cold and a water leak that started last week near I called to have my Jeep service for upper strut noise that started when the weather started getting cold and a water leak that started last week near my driver side window. I was going to go to RT 1 in Lawrenceville NJ where I bought the Jeep but I live right near RT18 and I had bought another car from them 2 years ago and they were great so I decided to go here since they were closer. So thankful I made that choice. I couldn't have asked for better service. Not only was someone in constant communication with me they repaired the strut noise and also while there took care of a recall and also did an oil change. As for the water leak they had a water specialist there and found there was damaged that was repaired and sprayed over from when I bought the Jeep and it never showed on the Car Fax so they recommended I take it back to the dealer where I purchased it from. All I can say is I should have purchased my Jeep from there but they didn't have anything available at the time I was looking. GREAT SERVICE and a great place to buy a car. More

life saver We broke down on the Jersey Turnpike on our way home to Maryland from NY. Insurance company tow line was useless. Called the nearest Jeep dealership and Richie was more than helpful. Got us off the turnpike step by step and in touch with a tow truck who was just as nice. They diagnosed the problem, luckily had the part in stock, reprogrammed and replaced the part within an hour and a half. The shop was extremely accommodating with our 5 year old daughter and dog. We were 3 hours from home and Richie made it clear from the start that one way or another we were taken care of and not to worry. We were so relieved to have found such an awesome shop in the middle of what could have been a disaster! More

Also showed tech radio volume remains while in mute mode-not a big concern, just fyi. After 4 hours I called service dept. and was told vehicle was not serviced yet because they were short staffed and I had a radio issue. I advised them to forget about radio issue and just change the oil. Called at 4:30 PM , and told "it was ready for hours", but they were unable to contact me b/c my vmbx was full- strange my phone had no missed calls and my email address is on the invoice. Total disappointment and end of lease can't come quick enough. SHL More

Recall after recall (6 total) and I found myself looking for another Jeep dealership after the car dealers in Salerno Duane in Summit were more interested in upselling me than handling my repairs. My luck turned for the better when I found Ann Schulz at Route 18 Auto: Jeep Strong. She was patient, understanding, accommodating and pleasant. In my angst, I left my EZ-Pass reader in the loaner vehicle and she was kind enough to grab it for me before the car was given to another customer. She really is the epitome of customer care. Jeep has done a bad job in making the 2012 Jeep Cherokee but they did the right thing in hiring Ann Schulz. She deserves a lot of attention for turning my God-awful experience into something better. More

Great work, and great job of getting my warranty to cover Richie and Chris did everything they could to get a large amount of work covered under warranty. The work has all held up great so far. The work took a bit longer than ideal - 3+ weeks to get me back on the road, which is the only reason this is 4 and not 5 stars. I'll chalk that up to needing a bunch of time to work with the warranty department to cover the costs, but even so 3 weeks without my primary vehicle was a minor inconvenience. More
Excellent Service Experience. I had an excellent service experience today. I brought my car in for an oil changeand asked Rich to give me an estimate to replace my windsheild. The price was better than what i was qouted from SafeLite. Rich arrsnged for a ride home and had me picked up in plenty of time to make my evening appointment. Nice job!!! More
