I bought my 2006 Jeep Wrangler from this dealership when it was McDonaugh and was so sad when they closed. I took my Jeep for service in Freehold and was so sad and disgusted by their service department. As it was McDonaugh and was so sad when they closed. I took my Jeep for service in Freehold and was so sad and disgusted by their service department. As soon as Route 18 opened back up I was there. It's wonderful to see the faces of the people who always took such great care of my car in the past. They are very understanding and helpful. i would recomend them to anyone looking for a honest and caring service department. More
Brought my 2005 Jeep in for a noise that another dealer repeatedly could not fix. Guess what? Rich Warren and the tech Chris diagnosed and fixed it immediately. I can't even begin to tell the number of t repeatedly could not fix. Guess what? Rich Warren and the tech Chris diagnosed and fixed it immediately. I can't even begin to tell the number of times the other dealership worked on my car stating it was fixed and it wasn't. I received two follow up calls from Rich to just check in to make sure that the noise is gone. Brought my 2011 Jeep in twice for two separate reasons and they worked my into the schedule and had me out of there in a flash. Rich Warren handled the write up on both visits and on the first instance, Chris did the work, and my second visit, Fred did the work. You can see how much pride this dealership takes in making sure you leave 100% satisfied. The service department has a great team. I can't even begin to tell you how happy I am that this dealership is back. I can't imagine going anywhere else. Thank you More
For 10 years I have been a faithful customer but in March of 2011 I sadly discovered that my beloved place closed. I was forced to temporally go to another dealership to have my 2001 Dodge Durango serviced. of 2011 I sadly discovered that my beloved place closed. I was forced to temporally go to another dealership to have my 2001 Dodge Durango serviced. And that is when my string of bad luck, poor service and really expensive issues began. From August 2011 - Nov 2011 I spent thousands trying to fix a sensor throttle issue. Well long story short I happily heard that my beloved dealership re-opened but with a new name. I canceled my appointment with the other dealership and came running back. I was very happy to see all of my favorite people back there again. The sensor throttle issue was solved in a relatively short amount of time. Rich has always been such a great guy and a huge help with any issues I have ever had. He really goes out of the way to make things right. And Chris is the ONLY service tech I ever want touching my car. All of the issues I have ever had in the past he really takes his time to explain and even show me what is wrong and I value that. I know for certain that everyone here will always give me 110% customer service and always show me the respect that I deserve. This is why I have been a loyal customer for 10 years and hopefully many more. I'm so grateful that you all are back!!!!! More
Purchasing this Dodge Dakota BigHorn was one of the most positive experiences we have had when purchasing a new, not used, vehicle from a dealer. My husband went in on a Friday and spoke with Josh. They m positive experiences we have had when purchasing a new, not used, vehicle from a dealer. My husband went in on a Friday and spoke with Josh. They made an appointment for Monday, 11/7/11, for us to meet aince I was unavailable on Friday. We discussed exactly what we were looking for. They did not have one on the lot but assured us that they would find us a 2011 Dodge Dakota. They went on-line to their system and located a vehicle in Pennsylvania that met what my husband wanted. On 11/8/11 the truck was in New Jersey and prepared for delivery to us. Josh was very thorough in his demonstration of all the features on the vehicle, which were more than we expected. Since we already owned a 2004 Dodge Dakota, my husband knew what he wanted. This truck came equiped witheverything he had requested and more. He did not request power seats or a bed-liner, but there they were. The storage crates under the rear seats were a nice surprise since the 2004 did not have them. When we are ready to replace my 2004 Subaru Forester, we will certainly visit Route 18 Auto Group. We will also recommend them to anyone who inquires about purchasing a new vehicle. This was a great experience. More
I had been shopping for a few months as my 2007 Town and country lease was coming due. I went to the dealer, looked at the many 2010 Town and Country vehicles they had in stock. Test drove one that had al country lease was coming due. I went to the dealer, looked at the many 2010 Town and Country vehicles they had in stock. Test drove one that had all the options I was interested in, test drove it. When we went to negotiations it was very easy. They showed me all the current offers, and for one of the first time in my car buying experiences there wasn't much haggling. Then Jack drove with us to a gas station next door, and filled the tank. The sales manager was very nice, and didn't try any of the traditional psychological tricks that they often use. He was a nice guy. The finance department was also a pleasure. He didn't change the price per month, which I've had happen plenty times before, when you sit down with them. More

We went there with my wife to get new Jeep Liberty. This place must be avoided by anyone unless you like to deal with xxxxx. Salesperson was unprofessional, manager full cr.. They are extremely pushy and place must be avoided by anyone unless you like to deal with xxxxx. Salesperson was unprofessional, manager full cr.. They are extremely pushy and will bargain and telling you some nuts kids stories until you buy something from them. So we even comeback to them second time because they keep call my phone 10 times a day, but they even forget price they offered first time and another manager told me - forget about previous manager I am the boss here!!! :)) Sure we run away of this place and in 3 days got Jeep in Flemington Jeep with no hasle and games. Stay away of them!!! More
