GREAT GREAT GREAT. THIE SERVICE DEPARTMENT FOUND THE PROBLEM I WAS HAVING WITH MY JEEP FOR 6 MONTHS. I REPEATEDLY TOOK MY JEEP TO THE DEALERSHIP WHERE I BOUGHT IT. THEY SAID THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG. I'm not sure why or how this dealership was so highly rated in the past but I just recently purchased a vehicle from this group and it has been, without question, the most undesirable service experience rated in the past but I just recently purchased a vehicle from this group and it has been, without question, the most undesirable service experience I have ever had!!!!! I would not and will not EVER purchase anything from this dealership again and would strongly advise anyone else from doing so. They are the most unresponsive, unprofessional, incompetent group of people that I have ever done business with. I got the vehicle that I purchased at a great price but the subsequent interactions that I've had with them has led me to a place that knowing what I know now, they couldn't give me a car, for free. They are literally that bad. It's been a horrible experience and I suggest you look elsewhere.....anywhere before purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. More

I own a 2007 Grand Caravan and began taking it to Mcdonagh CJD for service in 2008 because all other Dodge dealers in the area closed. Rich and Chris both worked there at that time. When they closed I had to take my vehicle to Freehold Dodge. It was a longer ride to Freehold and the service was great, but I'm so glad most of the old crew is back at Rt 18 CJD. First, RT18 CJD is only a few miles away, second, the service and attention to detail is top notch. I like my van and these guys keep it in top shape; so much so that I purchased a lifetime warranty. If the sales department is as curteous and thorough as the service department, I would recommend anyone purchasing a new vehicle to go to RT18 CJD. More
