Route 18 Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram

I have a 2003 Jeep Liberty which I absolutely love. My Jeep has low mileage, and I keep up with regular maintenance. I wanted a number of items checked along with an oil change and my exhaust looked at since it was making noise and sounded like there was a hole somewhere. When I brought my Jeep in for service, I was pleased to see Richie at the service desk. I remembered him from a former dealership. I dropped my Jeep off the afternoon before my scheduled service date. The following morning Richie called to advise that I needed front brake pads but everything else looked good. The noise I heard from my exhaust was actually a crushed aluminum can that had somehow gotten stuck between the pipe and the sidewall! This was a pleasant surprise since I thought I would be told I needed a new exhaust system. Richie also told me that I didn't need to have my air filter changed since it was clean and appeared new. (I had it replaced during a previous oil change at another mechanic.) I appreciated Richie's honesty. The cost of all maintenance and repairs was reasonable and I will continue to have my Jeep serviced at Route 18 Auto. More

When I called in about my problem they were quick to see me. While I was there Rich informed me that there was a recall! His estimation of how long the work would take was on the money! The dealer was courteous and professional during the complete service process, from scheduling the appoint to doing the repairs. THANK GOODNESS Route 18 opened up again. I purchased my minivan there and was forced to have it serviced at another dealer when they closed. Rich always goes out of his way to make the service process as easy as possible and works with my schedule so that I am not left without a car for too long. He takes the time to troubleshoot my issues and always fixes my problems in the end. More
