On Friday afternoon May 25th my wife and I set out on a mission to see if we could purchase a new Jeep Grand Cherokee. We had a 2008 Liberty that had an outstanding loan. Our goal was to trade in the 2008 mission to see if we could purchase a new Jeep Grand Cherokee. We had a 2008 Liberty that had an outstanding loan. Our goal was to trade in the 2008 Liberty payoff the outstanding loan and drive out with a new Grand Cherokee with no additional cash outlay. Upon arriving at the dealer at about 5:30PM we were greeted with smiles and offers of beverages. Bruce, our salesperson immediately came over and introduced himself. We joined Bruce at his desk and explained our goal and showed him an ad that my wife saw in the local paper. Bruce immediately indicated that the price shown includes some rebates that we may not be entitled to and continued to explain what he thought was realistic for us. He showed us the car that was in the advertisement and although the ad car was dark blue we asked if we could get it in black. Bottom-line is we were able to achieve our goal, no out of pocket money, a very reasonable monthly lease payment, the loan on the 2008 Liberty paid. We drove out at about 7:30PM in our new black Grand Cherokee. My wife and I our no strangers in buying new cars, we have had several new cars over the years. It is refreshing to see that honesty, integrity and a true desire to please a customer is high priority at this dealership. This is the first time we have gone to this dealership for service. Our red light was on among other things. The car is a 1997 dodge caravan with 104,000 miles.
