Manny Lopez was very professional, courteous and so helpful in showing us some alternatives. He even quick-washed 2 cars for us so we could see the "real" paint color due to some winter weather fallout on the lot. We left that day driving the car home, which we did not expect (thought we'd at least have to come back after prep, paperwork, etc.) Everything worked out great. Very pleasant experience Lets face it, no one likes getting their car serviced. I had 8 software updates and a radio issue. I was there from 10:15 to 1ish. Almost 3 hours. But what made it better was how attentive the techs were and how much they kept me updated on the progress. Sean Boyle was very polite and helpful. I bought my car from this dealership and it's been nothing but great experiences ever since. My husband who bought his jeep from a different dealership even bringa his vehicle here now. More

My sales consultant Mike greeted me at the door and then guided me through the whole car buying/leasing process. He found me a perfect fully loaded 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara and was extremely helpful throughout the whole process of leasing the vehicle. Waste of Time I called into this dealership looking to get out of my current lease and into a new Durango. I have about $5000 remaining on my current lease, but I' I called into this dealership looking to get out of my current lease and into a new Durango. I have about $5000 remaining on my current lease, but I'm running out of miles and wanted to roll that amount into a new lease. This is a process I've done before with similar amounts of money and figured it wouldn't be an issue. I thoroughly explained the amount of out of pocket cash I was looking to put down as well as providing every piece of information asked for, down to my current lease account number. After about a day of waiting I received a call back saying that in order to roll the money into a new lease, I'd need to put the equivalent amount down on the new vehicle. I found this to be a ludicrous proposal. Why would I put the equivalent amount of money down on the new vehicle? Wouldn't I just buy out the remaining payments if that was something I was looking to do? In all of my years of leasing cars, I've never been asked to match the roll over amount dollar for dollar. Typically the extra money is reflected in the monthly payment of the vehicle. I would never deal with this store again - I felt they wanted to take advantage of me by asking me to match the rollover in the form of a down payment and absolutely wasted my time by not telling me up front about this policy. On top of it, if it was a Dodge policy - why wouldnt they tell me that over the phone? And why wouldnt other Dodge dealers tell me the same? I feel like they just wanted to milk as much cash out of me as they could in order to accomplish why I am trying to. More

He explained how his boss wanted him to reach out to me in order to make me a happy and get their customer back. I gave Rich much hesitation because of my previous experiences. He was able to talk me into allowing their dealership to perform my oil change as well as a 25 point inspection at no charge. I advised him of my schedule and my lengthy my daily commute. Rich accommodated me by providing a rental vehicle. While dropping off my car off Rich and I had a great discussion and he truly salvaged my relationship with this dealership. They chose the absolute best person for this job. Rich you are a TRUE ASSET to any establishment you are at. Thank you for going above and beyond in order to provide world class customer service!!!
