My experience with Nissan lease was negative and I would never again lease/buy or recommend this this dealership to anyone. Customer service is non-existing; when you call, they can simply hang up on you an never again lease/buy or recommend this this dealership to anyone. Customer service is non-existing; when you call, they can simply hang up on you and then directing your call to the voicemail. I’ve been trying to set up an appointment to terminate the lease, called at least 11 times and each time I got a different response (either they don’t have an appointment schedule yet(!) or no appointment required, - just come and drop your vehicle in, etc..) I guess that since you don’t renew your lease RT 17 NISSAN cease viewing you as a customer and start mistreating you. As a result I am no longer considering using RT 17 NISSAN for my future considerations when buying/leasing a vehicle and not recommending them to anyone either. More

Easily the fastest, easiest, best car buying experience of my life. I was greeted by Oscar. He was awesome from beginning to end. I explained what I was looking for and my situation. He lined up a few cars for me to look at and walked me through details and options for financing, everything. The FIRST car he asked me to test drive turned out to be THE one. It's a beautiful car, beautiful color and It was just what I was looking for. The rest of the process was a breeze. It simply couldn't have gone better. Nissan 17, Oscar and everyone there was fantastic! Finally capped off by a nice, warm follow up "Welcome to the Nissan family" email from Tony Tallarico. Nice touch! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! More

Went to see Tony at the dealership to get that process started. Am told it’s going to take able 45 days. BEWARE! BEWARE!! BEWARE!! BEFORE YOU BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! READ EVERYTHING BEORE YOU SIGN! PLEASE BE WARNED! This is my third time buying a car at this dealership, figured I will have a good experience and I won’t entirely be lied to. THIS IS MY LAST TIME BUYING A CAR HERE!! Andrew (Sales Consultant) was nice, that’s all I got. Time to talk finance, I worked with Joe. I was quoted a high interest rate, with a finance company other than Nissan. That didn’t make sense to me. This is my fourth Nissan, I have always financed with Nissan and I have never been quoted such a high rate. Glad I spoke up on that. Eventually, I got a lower interest rate with Nissan. If the goal is to keep your customers happy and keep coming back, why won’t you just help find the best rate? This is the worst part, Joe asked if I planned to keep the car, I said yes, for a long time. The next thing he said was, I will give you extended warranty. I was told am GIVEN, yes GIVEN as in, am not paying for the extended warranty which is for the life of my loan. In the excitement, I didn’t read what I signed. Can’t stress this enough, please read BEFORE you sign. Yes, this is my fault, I should have read the entire page before signing. When I got home and reviewed the documents again, I found out I paid for the warranty and have a deductible! Reading through the documents, I found out the “Seller may retain or receive a portion of these amounts”. This is the kicker, the cost of the warranty is equivalent to my down payment. Seriously!!! That’s not a coincidence. That’s the dealership taking advantage of me. I won’t be coming back to purchase a car from this dealership ever again. If you find yourself buying/leasing a car at this dealership, please please and please READ EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU SIGN! I do take responsibility for not reading and paying attention as I should. With everything we have been through in 2020, I don’t understand how people can treat each other like this and think it’s ok. More

My sales lady I had the pleasure of working with was Sally. Sally did a great job and got me the deal I wanted for my new lease. She answered every question I had very promptly and was very attentive and thorough from the beginning to the end of the deal. I highly recommend Sally. She is a very sweet person. The Sales Manager Rich was also a very nice guy with a good sense of humor. Casey in Finance was also a nice guy. He wasn't too pushy trying to sell the extra services Nissan offers with regards to leases when I was signing all the papers. I appreciated that. Go to this dealership!! You will not be disappointed!! More
