I purchased a car from this dealership and everything was fine at first. The car initially had 25,800ish miles on it. Since everything was fine i decided to take a family trip down to long beach island, th fine at first. The car initially had 25,800ish miles on it. Since everything was fine i decided to take a family trip down to long beach island, that's when my tires started to make a weird loud noise. This was only 550 miles later. So I had to go to a Nissan dealership near LBI to get the problem checked out. The Nissan place near Long Beach Island said that it was my back to tires that needed to be replaced, the reason being that my tires were "Chopped" from wear and tare. I said that was impossible due to the fact that i barley even drove the car to put that much so called wear and tare. So I called the Meadowlands Nissan, the place I bought the car originally from to see if they can compensate me for the 433.03 that I had to pay for new tires. The only thing this dealer ship was doing was giving me a run around no specific help at all. First i called and spoke to Xavier he told me to call back and speak to some one else.I then spoke to Denise which told me to call Corporate Office. I then called Corporate Office and they told me to Call the Tire Company. I then spoke to another so called manager named David King where he told me to speak to Denise again. With all of this i still have not received any true answers or help. It has been almost 3 weeks now and a ton of phone calls later and still no help from Nissan what so ever. No attendant has helped me resolving the problem. Make sure the next time you want to purchase a car from here that you bring a set of car jacks and tire wrench so that before you leave the lot with your car you can jack the car up take off each tire individually and check it your self, because according to Denise once you leave the lot there is nothing they can do. Even there so called 150 point check on the vehicle isn't valid even though it's supposed to include checking the tires. More

WELL BEING I WAS A LITTLE HESITANT ABOUT WENT INTO THE DEALER WITH MY DOG BRUTUS IN A DOGGIE CARRAGE. MANNY TOLD ME ABOUT HIS NEW PUGGLY NAMED SUNNY. WELL BEING I WAS A LITTLE HESITANT ABOUT TRADING MY HUSBANDS CAR IN(SENTAMENTAL TO ME)THE WHOLE TIME I WAS CALLING MANNY SUNNY AND HE WAS ANSWERING. HE SAID TO HIMSELF (FOUND THIS OUT LATER)I MIGHT AS WELL ANSWER TO SUNNY IF SHE REALLY THINKS MY NAME IS SUNNY. LATER ON WE HAD A GOOD LAUGH. MANNY (AKA SUNNY) WAS WONDERFUL. WE HIT IT OFF RIGHT FROM THE START. HE MADE ME FELL VERY COMFORTABLE AND MADE THE TRANSITION EASY FOR ME. I GOT A NEW ROGUE IN THE NEW COLOR BLACK AMITHIST WHICH IS ABOSLUTLY BEAUTIFUL. Our Experience with Meadowland Nissan and Eddie singh is great. He is very knowledgeable. There were no gimmicks or sneaky fees at the end. We have gone through the price of the 2012 Nissan Altima in meadowland nissan's website... Test drive the car we looked at.. and could get the car in the Internet price. We want to give special thanks to Gloria in Finance dept.. She was really helpful in discussing various financing options.. Kudos to Eddie & Gloria. We highly recommend Meadowland Nissan to purchase new / certified pre-owned car. More

Before I came into this dealership I did a lot of research in regards to leasing. Unfortunately, while doing my research I read a lot of scams that dealerships do towards new customers who didn't kno research in regards to leasing. Unfortunately, while doing my research I read a lot of scams that dealerships do towards new customers who didn't know much about financing or leasing. With Engell Capellan, I didn't feel rushed to make a decision. He was so respectful and helpful that I felt as if I was talking to a brother. He was straight up and not hiding behind the bushes like other dealership rep's do. He had so much information that other dealership's don't even try to explain. He was patient and most important HONEST. I wish other dealership rep's was more like that. All the negative research I found out was no where near in play during my encounter with Engell. If I didn't like his services I would have never took my time to rate and comment on dealerrater. Honestly, I can't wait to see the next model to my car. I will be returning to this dealership and getting a car for me and my wife all over again. Thank you Engell, I'll see you when the next model comes out! I was introduced to Eddie and the rest was history. His easy-going & pleasant personality made the process so much more enjoyable, from test drive to the paperwork grind. He made sure that if I had any questions, he wanted me to ask them up-front since he does not want hide anything from his clients. Altogether, the Sales process was smooth and Anthony from the Finance dept. also takes care of his customers, during one of the most crucial times - the $$ discussion. I left the dealer feeling secure that my trade-in was the closest it could come to what I researched; the price of the Nissan I purchased was competitive; and that the extended warranty services I selected were worthwhile and applicable to my use. These 2 guys are good people who do not let the service stop once I sign my name on the dotted line. My advice for future buyers is to ask questions, and know that they will take care of you here. I was greeted by a man that I beleive defined customer service. Ive been to several dealerships & Robert Klein was the kindest dealer Ive met. Robert was personable, helpful, kind, knowledgable but most important he was genuine & honest. The process of purchasing an automobile can be annoying, frustrating & unpleasant. However the combination of Meadowland Nissan's pleasant atmosphere & Robert Klein's Excellent Customer Service made the experience rewarding.
