I absolutely loved the quality of service that I received from Manny and Sesi at the Meadowlands Nissan dealership. I was in desperate need of a car for work and school purposes so I went online to search f from Manny and Sesi at the Meadowlands Nissan dealership. I was in desperate need of a car for work and school purposes so I went online to search for a car. I filled out a couple of call backs, but did not like the sales representatives who I spoke with. They really forceful and uninviting which for me was a complete turn off. Then I receive a call form Manny at the Nissan dealership. It was a great encounter over the phone so a scheduled an appointment. When I came into the dealership Manny introduced himself and was so polite, but we got right down to business. We first started with my credit score to see exactly what was in my price and score range. Which I totally loved because there was no need to window shop for cars that I could not afford or get my hopes up to be let down. Once that was all out the way I got the perfect car for me with great mileage for a used car. Then Sesi came into play, he found the perfect lender to provide me with an auto loan. Not only did he do that, he even made sure the month payments would not be to high according to my monthly income. Also according to Kelly Blue book the offer given to me was right on the money. I recommend Manny and this dealership to anyone who wants the best deal around with excellent service. More

Going as a young women alone to a dealership was very intimidating but he put me at ease from the very beginning. I went in to simply look aroung never thinking it would be so easy to get my dream car. I walked in at 7:30 pm and Manny and Gloria satyed with me until 11:30!!! yes thats not a typo they stayed that late just so i could drive off with my dream car that right their just shows they really do care about each and every client that walks through their door. No question or concern went unanswered and i was verrryyy pleased wt the whole experience i definately recommend this dealership and Manuel to anyone! YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!!! ;) More
I walked in to trade-in my 2009 Nissan Cube, and lease the Murano cabriolet. I was helped by Jonathan, and it was the best person they have sent to me and my family. My experience with Meadowland Nissan was very good. Eddie was very helpful throughout the whole process which you rarely see when buying a car. This by far was the best experience I have had at a car dealership and I have been to quite a few. I worked with Michael Rodriguez and Paul Singh. Meadowlands Nissan was my 3rd dealership that I visited Meadowlands Nissan was my 3rd dealership that I visited in my search for a Certified Pre-Owned Nissan. My mother had actually seen (my new car) Meadowlands Nissan was my 3rd dealership that I visited in my search for a Certified Pre-Owned Nissan. My mother had actually seen (my new car) on their website the night before I came in. After two stressful days of not finding anything, the last thing I wanted to do was go to another dealership, but somehow, I got up the next morning and called to see if the car was still there. I spoke to Bill over the phone who works in Internet Sales and he quickly made an appointment for that same day for me. Being from Florida originally, I, of course got lost on the way there and had to call back for more directions. I spoke with Bill again, who was so patient and helpful with me. When I finally arrived, I met Jerry who somehow instilled a sense of calm over me and made me feel extremely welcome. As I stated earlier, I am from Florida, so my entire family still lives down there. My roommate had accompanied me to the previous two dealerships, but was unable on the day I came to Meadowlands. As a mid-20's single female, I am always wary and on guard when I walk into situations where I feel I can be taken advantage of, or scammed. It didn't happen at Meadowlands and I felt like family from the moment I walked in the door. Jerry went to find the car I had come in search of, but informed me it was at the body shop getting detailed. To my surprise, he offered to drive me to the body shop so I could see the car. I was so surprised by this! I wasn't sure if this was some sort of special treatment, or if everyone got treated so nicely. I'm gonna assume the latter. I was able to see and test drive the car, and was informed of the work to be done on the car. When we got back to the dealership it was time to sit down with all the paperwork and talk about price. Being on my own up here, I always cringe at the thought of talking about negotiating. My mother is the hard-headed one of the family and always calls me too nice. My main problem is that she wasn't with me. She wasn't there to be my brick wall who wouldn't back down. Luckily, I had begun to learn the ropes around dealerships/negotiating due to the previous 2 days of car shopping, so I was able to muster up some sort of courage. I had told Jerry what I was willing to spend, what I thought my trade-in was worth, and that my mother was "head honcho", so he'd most likely find himself on the phone with her at some point. He graciously smiled, and said that it wasn't a problem. Whew...I breathed a huge sigh of relief. Jerry did talked to my mom two different times on the phone while they were discussing the my out-the-door price. He was truly an angel. He went back and forth with his manager about the deal and for that, I am forever grateful. I had to go on vacation the next day, so I was able to put a deposit on the car and come pick it up this week. When I returned the following Tuesday, the car was clean, detailed, and ready to go. Jerry helped me call my insurance company to switch over information and was truly so patient when I never stopped asking him questions. He understood that I was a first time car buyer doing this alone and needed a place where I wouldn't be taken advantage of. After all of my paperwork was ready, I was able to meet with Anthony, the finance manager. Anthony was friendly, organized, and punctual. He had all the final forms ready for me to sign and wasn't pushy when it came to discussing any add-on features. He understood that I would want to talk to my parents about adding anything onto the car, and explained that almost all of the features could be added on at a later time. Although, I didn't spend the majority of my time with Anthony, I am now under the impression that every employee working at Meadowlands Nissan must be as wonderful and caring as these two guys are, or else the company wouldn't be ranked #1 in the state. I truly cannot say enough good things about this company, or these two guys, but I am happy to be part of the Meadowlands family! They always say, "Third times the charm", and I couldn't be happier that Meadowlands was the 3rd stop on my car buying journey! Thank you so much!!!!! More
