I came out feeling happy and satisfied with the overall experience of buying a certified used Nissan Altima 2011, thanks to Chris' and I believe the dealership's policy of haggle-free experience. I did not expect it to be so based on recent experiences when I went to visit other car dealerships before this visit, where I'd have to be defensive in order to be not taken in an unfair "deal". I even had to maintain an attitude of being ready to walk out if something does not sound right. Chris showed so much professionalism in the different stages of the buying process and showed transparency in the transaction. My options were presented to me in a manner and tone that did not include pressure and harassment and even bullying tactics like other sales persons in other dealerships. He was able to answer all my questions to my satisfaction, and complemented my knowledge of the certified used car that I have researched earlier in their website. I commend Chris for showing respect and understanding of his customer/s which is very positive, for making the customer really feel that he is being helped, not tricked. I feel relaxed from the time I shook hands with Chris, to the discussion of my car needs, my available choices in the financing. I would not hesitate to recommend Chris to any of my friends who may be buying a car in the near future. More

We decided to purchase a new vehicle and our first dealer stop was Meadowlands Nissan in Hasbrouck Heights. The minute we walk in to the dealer Eddy Singh, approach us very courteously and assisted us throug stop was Meadowlands Nissan in Hasbrouck Heights. The minute we walk in to the dealer Eddy Singh, approach us very courteously and assisted us throughout the whole process. We needed to test drive 3 vehicles in order to make our decision. Eddy handle himself very professionally and very patiently, since I had two wonderful young women’s that needed to test drive the same vehicle. After selecting the vehicle Eddy, work with us to help us with the down deposit and monthly payments. I could not be happier with Eddy and his financial staff for making every effort for us to walk out with the vehicle. My partner and me visited Meadowlands Nissan after going to 2 other dealerships looking for a used car. I have to say this was the easiest and most pleasant experience in purchasing a car. I have purchased to 2 other dealerships looking for a used car. I have to say this was the easiest and most pleasant experience in purchasing a car. I have purchased about 8 cars in my lifetime and i have to say all have always been the long waited, horrible back and forth experiences. Our sales man was Eddie Singh and from the very beginning he was the most polite and honest sales men we've ever dealt with. We were upfront about our down payment and credit score and there was no pushy sales tactics. Eddie showed us different cars until we found one we liked. We got to test drive the car and made our decision on a 2009 Nissan Altima. We were approved and happy with the payment and the car is certified from Nissan, which made things even better. After all said and done we were very happy with the car and to top it off we even received a letter from Eddie, hand written by the way asking us how are we enjoying the car. I've never seen this and I’ve purchased Bmw's, Honda's, Ford's and Chevy's. This is truly an amazing dealership and Eddie is the best salesman I’ve ever seen. More

Walked into the dealership just to look, our previous Pathfinder had been purchased here. A young man by the name of Edward Peralta approached us as we entered and asked if he could help and hesitantly m Pathfinder had been purchased here. A young man by the name of Edward Peralta approached us as we entered and asked if he could help and hesitantly my husband said I know what I want and I don't want to waste time as our previous Pathfinder had been totaled in an accident my husband had driving to work by a woman that decided to go through a red light. Needless to say no fault of ours here we are shopping for another car, we had been to another Nissan dealership but to no avail a deal was not made, no compassion what so ever! However Ed was different after listening to our story and seeing pictures of the totaled vehicle he told us he would not waste our time and he would take care of returning customers. VIP treatment is what he gave us throughout the entire sale. Did not waste our time, straight to the point all with a smile, and a joke along the way. I would definitely recommend this dealership and this salesman to anyone looking for a professional yet relaxed environment. Ed is by far a great salesman, very courteous and professional all the way. We would also like to commend Xavier Salazar sales manager for his patience and Anthony Valentino for staying late to go through finance with us. Kudos to Nissan for having such a great team of employees representing their company! After all was said and done approximately 9:30 pm Ed walked us out and into our new Nissan Pathinder with a smile, a handshake and a wave goodnight and good luck! Where else could you find this kind of professionalism and compassion all at the same time. More

After putting down a deposit for a vehicle that was to be ordered, two weeks goes by and after calling to see if the truck was ordered, could not get anybody on the phone to confirm the order. I went down ordered, two weeks goes by and after calling to see if the truck was ordered, could not get anybody on the phone to confirm the order. I went down to the dealer only to be told by the sales manager that the truck "could not be ordered as the factory was not making 2012s anymore". After getting my deposit back, which took a half hour, I went home and called 3 other dealers and the factory in Tennessee. They all told me the same thing, "yes the truck can still be ordered". I do not appreciate being lied to right to my face, this is exteremly poor professionalism and not a good way to do business. Unfortunately, some dealers still think all customers as uninformed and clueless in purchasing a vehicle. I think the same of some of them! Wake up dealers, people are a lot smarter and informed than you think! I want to thank Hackensack Nissan for ordering my truck in short order and having a smooth, friendly experience in doing so. Go there folks! More

My experience at Meadowlands Nissan was pleasant. The staff was courteous, direct and more than willing to help put me in the Nissan that I wanted to purchase. Eddie discussed the car with me, showed me staff was courteous, direct and more than willing to help put me in the Nissan that I wanted to purchase. Eddie discussed the car with me, showed me the price and then set to work with the Finance Department to make the numbers work for me. I told Eddie where I needed to be to make the deal final. The Finance guys are top-notch! They put together a payment plan that fit my budget, period. This was all I asked and they delivered. I would gladly return to Meadowlands Nissan to purchase another vehicle. The best part of my experience was the speed with which they put everything together. I arrived at 12 noon and was out the door in my new Sentra SER Spec V by 3:00! My former car buying experiences dragged on many hours or have taken more than a day. This is not the case at Meadowlands Nissan. Go check these guys out. They are honest, energetic and will work with your budget. More
