My experience with Eddie at Medowlands Nissan was awesome. This dealership is the absolute worst I've experienced, and I've purchased many new and used cars in my lifetime. I went recently to price a used Murano since I haven't been thrilled with the Rogue they so and I've purchased many new and used cars in my lifetime. I went recently to price a used Murano since I haven't been thrilled with the Rogue they sold me less than a year ago. The salesperson was so uninformed it was a disgrace. He showed me a 29k 2010 Murano and said that it had a rear-view camera, heated seats and heated steering wheel and that's why it was so much more expensive than other models. Only after I asked him to show me how the rear-view camera worked did he confess that it doesn't have that, and it didn't have the other features either. His excuse was that those features were only available in 2012 models. This is completely untrue as I saw countless 2009 & 2010 models just today with those features. Speaking with the 'numbers' guy was even worse. He was extremely condescending and told me I'd have a negative equity with my trade-in without ever looking up what I owe, or looking at my car. He randomly threw out that I'd still owe $2000 on my car once we were finished. It was very difficult to get him to give me straight answers, and he kept focusing on the value of my trade-in instead of telling me what deal he could give on the car I was looking at. He also made a snide remark to my husband about him being with me when I bought my car less than a year ago. After I returned home, I saw the exact same Murano that they showed me listed on auto trader for $23k (they have it at $29k and refuse to budge). Every area of this dealership is awful. When I bought my Rogue there less than a year ago, they decided to tell me that they had "forgotten" to include sales tax - this being after I had handed over a deposit and filled out a bunch of paperwork, and we had decided on a price. Also, on a recent trip to the service department for an oil change, they didn't tighten one of the valves so my car was leaking oil for months. I will NEVER buy a car from Meadowlands again, and I would highly advise anyone to stay away from this dealer. You will surely pay too much and have a bad experience. The good reviews MUST be from people who work there. More

I was so impressed with my entire experience in this establishment. My salesperson Eddie was definitely not what I was expecting. He was far from what you would consider a "Car Salesmen". After 2 very bad experiences at 2 previous Nissan dealers I decided to try & give it one more shot & walked into Meadowlands Nissan. The first gentleman I met was Eddie Singh. Awesome guy! I explained my ho I decided to try & give it one more shot & walked into Meadowlands Nissan. The first gentleman I met was Eddie Singh. Awesome guy! I explained my horror stories at the 2 previous dealerships, told him exactly what I was looking for & what my price range was. Within an hour he had found a 2009 Nissan Altima (beautiful, well equipped, & drove great) I walked into Meadowlands somewhat skeptical, and 6 hours later walked out with my car! At this dealership there is no gimmics, no pushiness, just a friendly atmosphere of people who genuinely care about getting you into the car you want! Meadowlands Nissan deserves the 5 star rating I have given & so does Eddie! Thank you guys so much!!!! More
