As I walked into the location I was greeted by the receptionist. I informed her I was looking for a pre-owned car and she introduced me to Nelson. As I sat down and explained the car and my price rang receptionist. I informed her I was looking for a pre-owned car and she introduced me to Nelson. As I sat down and explained the car and my price range Nelson found what I was looking for and we went out for a test drive. During the test drive he explained everything single detail about the car and all the features. After the test drive he pulled the car into the lot and let me look at the car inside and out, he wasn't pushy, let me take my time and answered my questions. We then sat down to review the car, and he presented the "CarFolio" which had carfax and all the important history on the car. I was "sold" this was the car I was looking for (2012 Nissan Altima Coupe), price was right, salesman was professional and the overall time I spent test driving, reviewing the carfax and completing all my paperwork was reasonable. More

Last week, me and my husband had been to the deale not kidding :) 'coz we had the privilege to enjoy their top notch customer service more than once. Last week, me and my husband had been to the dealership to check few pre-owned cars, however we ended up buying a brand new 2013 Altima! Thanks to Jonathan, Xavier and Jorge for giving us a great price and a superb service. Even during our previous or rather the first instance, when we had a pre-owned Altima from the same place, we were lucky to get the best deal and the greatest service. We are surely happy to have met all these wonderful people at Meadowlands Nissan who helped us through everything, be it the color pref or the model or the price. Even when we lost our first car during the storm(Sandy), all these guys were absolutely helpful and courteous to help us with our insurance claim and final settlement, and whatever needed to ensure a smooth end. What I like the most at Meadowlands is, all of their employees have a smile and treat their customers equally and superbly, irrespective of what he/she is buying - be it a pre-owned small car or a brand new van!
