My wife lost her car during huricane sandy in October. EVERY dealer we went to before meeting Manny V. at meadowlands nissan was extremely disappointing. During our many visits and phone calls to dealers we were never able to find a car that was selling for the price that was listed. There was ALWAYS a catch(loyal buyer,college grad,finace at high rate, etc...). All the other dealers were trying to "sell' me something instead of listening to what we wanted and could afford to buy w/ the cash we had saved.......When we went to see Manny it was completly different. He listened to what we wanted, showed us what fit our needs and never put pressure to do something else. My wife is very picky....Manny was EXTREMELY patient w/ us....enduring tons of questions.....Manny went out of his way several times to help us pick a car. Twice he moved cars inside the garage so we could get a better look at them in the bright light. he even called over the detail guy to clean and polish them for a better look. With all of this we were never made to stay in the dealership for hours on end like every other place we went to......Manny valued our time and treated us like we were friends.. In my life i have bought 7 cars from dealers. Manny V. is hands down the best salesman i have had the pleasure of working with. I was recently looking for a car that was better on gas. I've always wanted a nissan altima but never thought it would be in my budget. I was greeted with a big smile. He was kind, friendly and made me feel welcomed. we test drove the car and i fell inlove with it car but i didnt want to jump right into the first car i saw. JR was very understanding and kept in contact with me as i shopped around. i went to other dealers and still found myself back at nissan. he helped me find the perfect car with everything i would want in it. i am so happy i walked into meadowlands nissan because the whole experience was a total 360 experience and i wouldnt go anywhere else from now on! Andrew has been at Meadowlands Nissan for well over 20 years and and I was fortunate to be introduced to him as the sales associate with whom we would be dealing with in purchasing our new Nissan Quest. H years and and I was fortunate to be introduced to him as the sales associate with whom we would be dealing with in purchasing our new Nissan Quest. He is an experienced sales person (over 20 years in the business) with a winning personality and a great sense of humor. My wife commented that he is a real person, and that's the truth. He didn't try to high pressure us, and when we challanged him, the fangs didn't come out - rather he took the time to patiently explain his position. What I liked most was his availability. When I called on his day off, he got right back to me and gave me his cell number - because we were going back and forth on something at the time. Although I was predisposed to but a 2013 model, he explained that I could save an extra $3,000 by considering a new 2012 - even though they didn't have the model (LE) in the color combination and with the options that we insisted on. Since we intended to keep the van for at least 10 years and accumulate significant mileage, when we were ready to trade in, the difference between the 2012 & 2013 would be negligable. After some false positives and with alot of digging, Andrew was able to find exactly what we wanted at another dealership. We used AAA pricing, so haggling was kept to a minimum - my only negative was that I think they could have done a little better on our trade-in - but that's true at almost any dealership. I stopped at meadowlands Nissan looking for a maxima. I went to 3 other dealers and wasn't impressed with then. They looked at my car, determined my needs and presented me with options. I was not pressured, nor asked wasteful questions. The whole thing took about an hour. Thank you for respecting my time.
