This being my first time purchasing a car and being a female I was very worried about being taken advantage of by a dealer because i know nothing about cars. I have heard all the horrible stories. When i got to meadowlands nissan i felt very welcomed and comfortable. I was helped by jose who was just awesome. He put my fears at rest and explained everything i would need to know about the process of purchasing, the car I was interested in, and why it cost what is cost. At the end of everything I purchased a used 2010 altima and had no regrets. Its been only a week since I purchased my vehicle and Im loving it so far. I would recommend you purchase from this dealership and speak with jose. Just awesome!!!!! More

We asked him to p EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNETHICAL - BUYER BEWARE The sales person - Johnathan - was very nice and polite over the phone. We asked him to provide a quote over the phone/email because we didn't have a car to travel to the dealership. He avoided giving us any information on the phone and insisted that we visit the dealership, take a test drive, and talk face-to-face. He promised my wife that he will "take care of all your transportation" and offered a pick-up and drop-back, so we accepted his offer to visit. He drove us to the dealership and gave us all the information. We said we needed some time to go over the numbers, plan our finances, and make a final decision. I DIDN'T SAY I'M NOT BUYING - I just said I need to think over the numbers. I believe that is a reasonable thing to do - to go home, pull out your calculator, and run some numbers before committing to buy - nothing unusual about that. But when he realized that we were not going to cut him a check immediately, his entire behavior changed abruptly. He said okay, I'll call you a cab service or you can take the bus from outside, thank you for visiting. I reminded him that he had promised us transportation, but he totally backed out of it and denied that he made any such offer, which is a complete lie. I insisted on seeing the Manager - Paul Singh. Paul bluntly said - my guys need to be on the floor to make money for the dealership, so they can't spend their time driving us back. He said he didn't expect that customers will need a drop back, because all customers are expected to drive out in their new cars at the end of their visit, which is a complete BS argument. We called a cab company, and they said they'll take at least 45 mins to arrive and will charge $60. So here we were - about 30 miles from our home, in a stranger town, stuck at a dealership without transportation. We sat there like fools waiting for a cab, while the salesmen were chit chatting with each other, cracking jokes, eating, smoking, and killing time, but when it came to honoring their promise, they were "too busy". My wife struggles with low blood sugar and was extremely exhausted sitting there without having lunch. The receptionist saw that we were very distressed and she was extremely embarrassed by the salesmen's behavior, so she offered to help us by calling several car companies to see which one could send a cab quickly. Finally we managed to reach home and have alerted all our friends to avoid dealing with these crooks in the future. If this is their attitude BEFORE the deal, I can only imagine what their after-sales and service would be. These are highly unethical, rude, and pathetic people, who don't value their word and will lie to your face with no shame. They are a disgrace to themselves and their profession. That same evening, we visited another Nissan dealership (which I shall not name here). They had a much larger inventory, MUCH better pricing and rebates, and their Manager personally picked us up, dropped us back, and had coffee with us. Guess who has our business now and in the future. More

I made an appointment on Tuesday, 4/9/13 to come in on Saturday, 4/13/13 to get a replacement keyless remote/fob for my 2012 Nissan Rogue. I called on Saturday morning to verify my appointment, and it turned out that the woman I spoke with on Tuesday failed to actually put my appointment in the computer. Luckily they had an appointment available at 9:45 AM and I was able to make it in. I checked in upon arrival and was instructed that it would take about an hour to reprogram the keys etc. I waited patiently in the waiting area for 2 hours and 15 minutes before I finally approached someone in the service department about the status of my vehicle. When I approached the service representative who had checked me in upon arrival, he had no recollection of who I was, why I was there, or that he had even spoken with me that morning. As it turns out, my vehicle had actually been ready for some time, but nobody ever came out to the waiting area to tell me that my car was ready. I paid a premium price to have this fob replaced and received extremely subpar service. Prior to this experience, I had mostly positive experience at this dealership, but now I am very unlikely to return. More

Nissan was my obvious choice as a brand, for their innovation, safety & comfort. I was looking for a good mid-size sedan, so Altima was the best suitable car with my budget. Since the brand and model was already decided, was confused which dealer to approach. One of my friends referred me to Meadowlands Nissan for their excellent sales and service. The moment I entered the dealership, immediately someone greeted me and introduced to sales person. The sales person was Josh Rubin. Josh was very friendly and has thorough knowledge on the cars. With-in few minutes, the sales manager showed up and made us more comfortable. Josh explained to me about the car and provided all the information required to satisy my queries. We went for test drive and finalized the sale. I need to provide special mention about the price offered to me. The price offered was perfect, which included the special offer for that month. The entire transaction was completed in couple of hours and I drove the new car home. Now I understood the reason why my friend recommended this dealer to me and I have started recommending about this dealership. More
