I have been dealing with another Nissan dealership for the past 9 years and my wife has been dealing with that same dealership for 18 years. The experience at Meadowlands Nissan was an extreme upgrade in the past 9 years and my wife has been dealing with that same dealership for 18 years. The experience at Meadowlands Nissan was an extreme upgrade in every aspect. We were amazed at the showroom appearance, the welcoming staff, and the relaxed atmosphere. We worked with Julian Salazar. He was professional and very personable. It was easy to see that he cared about my purchasing experience. I plan on recommending Julian to anyone I know interested in doing business with Nissan. I had already shopped other Nissan dealerships. This was my final spot before I moved on to a different Car brand. Mike was understanding of my lack of car knowledge. He wasn't pushy. When I agreed to the price they gave me, they went out of their way to find me the specific color I wanted since they did not have one on their lot. Overall, our experience was wonderful. At one point, we were told "five minutes". This actually amounted to forty-five minutes. We certainly have no problem being patient and completely understand that there may be a wait to finalize the details of our sale, however, would would have appreciated a more up-front, honest, and accurate description of the amount of time it would take so that we could have planned accordingly. I went into the dealership to test drive/look at 2 cars I had my eye on; the Rogue and the Juke. After discussing a few details about my life & what I'd be using the car for, we decided that the Juke would had my eye on; the Rogue and the Juke. After discussing a few details about my life & what I'd be using the car for, we decided that the Juke would be too small (as we will be hauling musical equipment, etc on occasion). I told him that there were several things I wanted in my vehicle; MOONROOF, AIR CONDITION & FOG LIGHTS. He found me a Rogue that we did the test drive in that had the fog lights and A/C and said that they could have the moonroof "factory installed" (without having all the other "bells & whistles" that I would have had to have to get the moonroof) With that being said, I asked him if he could do that AND get me the color that I really wanted. After the test drive, he looked on the computer, found one and had someone pick it up from their other lot. On top of all that, they were able to give me a GREAT deal on the car WITH payments that won't "break the bank" I spent a little more for the vehicle than I intended to, but all & all, it was quite painless. AND I LOVE MY NEW ROGUE! ( I can't wait to get it back with the moonroof installed!) Laurie, Maywood NJ More
