He then broke down everything into pieces and explained everything in depth. I was also assisted by Xavier Salazar with other questions and he was also extremely helpful. I've been to a few other dealers in the past ( Bay ridge Nissan in Brooklyn NY ) and this other local dealership and the customer service were terrible they would force you into anything as long as they got the sales which is why I have never bought a car until now. The services here was amazing and easy, no pressure and friendly. Wide range of Nissan to choose from and all your questions answered. Rather you are new or experience car buyer I would recommend coming down here for your Nissan needs and actually feel good after you spend your money. BTW I can't remember the finance guy that help me ink the paper but he was also extremely friendly, knowledgeable and fast! If this dealer was closer to NY I'm sure if would put a few dealers out of business. More

Michael was very friendly, extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking at and test driving. When I entered the dealership, I was torn between multiple car makes in the vehicle class I was looking at. By the time I left, I felt completely satisfied with my Nissan purchase. I visited the dealership in August and there was minimal contact between my initial visit and when I returned to purchase the vehicle. This is what I loved most, no harassing phone calls! When I purchased my vehicle, it was a smooth and easy transaction. My certified pre-owned car only came with one key and the salesperson said "When a car is used, sometimes we only get one key". I spoke to Paul Singh and without hesitation, he said "Of course we will give you a spare key". He is a man of his word. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone purchasing a car. More

Engell took the time to acclimate me from driving a 2001 Nissan Altima to a 2013 Nissan Altima and told us to call him any time, should we have any questions or concerns. He followed up a few days after, to make sure everything was ok with the car and if we had any questions that he can help us with. Our questions and concerns were taken care of right away by Engell. Engell's professionalism is a breath of fresh air. We know we have a friend when we enter the Meadowlands Nissan dealership. Thank you Engell ! Manuel Vargas helped tie up the sale with a compatible professionalism. Thank you ! In addition, I like to voice my concerns to the service center. I was a little disappointed after reading some reviews for the service center and hope more effort and training is made to uphold every aspect of the reputation and reliability of the brand and the dealership. It's inane to not have the brand, dealership and service center working together as a team. More
