Extra bonus the exceeded my expectation, was the car handling (which is great), car audio sound, and the driver seat which is extremely comfortable. I was recommended from a friend to ask for Engell becasuse of his great service. He was very up-front and told me everything I needed to know. Very polite, straight to the point, relaxed, funny and overall a nice guy. Very good salesmen without the pressure. My car took a while to get to the dealership because all the snow and bad weather we been having but Engell reached out to me numerous occasion to apologize for the wait. His service was an A++. I also dealt with Victor in the Finance department and he also gave excellent service. I would recommend anyone to Engell and Nissan Meadowland. More
Andrew Szorf who helped and signed me up don't remember me. I complained about mentioning title & registration and any additional fee right before signing. That was not pleasant at all because dea remember me. I complained about mentioning title & registration and any additional fee right before signing. That was not pleasant at all because deal not bad but last few drops are always squeeze and painful. They also started disposition fee(basically charge for not coming back for nissan) I complained about bad prior experience with Nissan Motor Acceptance. I had bad experience but was willing to give last try for awhile but they start this obligation? which I wasnt even aware of until my commitment to different car after this lease. I just got off the phone with Nissan Customer Affair, I still can't figure out who's in charge of that fee, nissan or the dealer. When I first call Nissan Customer Affair, I told that I'm calling about Disposition fee, and the response I got was "what's a disposition fee?" That's exactly the same response I had. Benz dealers do not charge you additional title & registration fee after you negotiation is done, they just do the math separate and tell you out-the-door price. All these minor details really frustrated me. Paul Singh seems like a manager but he comes in and out as if he's helping or resolve and problem but never never deal with this guy! I know it's a business but this guy is the dealer of the house! you don't play with the house, they always win. This is not a game you play every other weekend for fun and get better. They always have better hand and they will NOT make customer win. No free car wash or engine oil change what so ever. They will make deals to make you bring more friends so they can rip more consumers off. More

The whole "car buying" experience was above all, enjoyable. Mr. Szorf was extremely attentive to my wishes and went out of his way to find me the perfect car. Mr. DeOliveira, who introduced me to Mr. Szorf, oversaw the whole transaction in a professional manner. Andrew Szorf should be complemented and rewarded for his ability to work with someone as demanding as myself. Thank You Meadowlands Nissan. More
I purchased a used 2013 Nissan Maxima from Meadowlands Nissan and had an overall very good experience. The sales rep I worked with was Jorge Paez III and I would highly recommend him to everyone. Jorge Nissan and had an overall very good experience. The sales rep I worked with was Jorge Paez III and I would highly recommend him to everyone. Jorge was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in as well as the competing vechiles I was looking at. Throughout the entire process Jorge was very honest, professional and personable. Management even agreed to personally deliver the vehicle to my house which was an awesome perk. I was even more surprised when Jorge was one of the drivers and after driving over an hour to my place he took the time to review in more detail the car's infotaiment system with me. I couldn't have been more pleased with the entire sales experience. More
***MILITARY BUYERS BEWARE*** I want everyone to be ***MILITARY BUYERS BEWARE*** I want everyone to be aware of the unethical business practices of Meadowlands Nissan. As of 12 Feb 14, I am still un ***MILITARY BUYERS BEWARE*** I want everyone to be aware of the unethical business practices of Meadowlands Nissan. As of 12 Feb 14, I am still unable to drive my 2014 Nissan GTR I purchased on 10 Jan 14. Here are the specific grievances against Meadowlands: 1. Extortion: After Bill of Sale was signed and the title was transferred to my bank, Meadowlands contacted me asking for an additional $1000.00 or they would not ship my vehicle. They stated that it wasn’t the agreed upon price even though it’s a binding contract that was signed by the dealer/authorized representative. Unfortunately, I gave in with the stipulation that Meadowlands will ship my vehicle ASAP with no issues. I didn’t receive the vehicle until 2 Feb 14, almost one month from the purchase date with expired temporary registration on the vehicle. 2. Disclosure of Charges: I was charged $3340 for shipping of my vehicle to California. The bill of lading at the receipt of the vehicle was $2350. When I spoke with an individual at Meadowlands, they stated that the original cost was $3340 and they went with another vendor. In my opinion, I should be credited the difference. Meadowlands will not credit me the difference in the cost of shipping. 3. Failure to Follow-up: It has been a month since the loan closed on my vehicle and I am unable to drive my car. They failed to properly register my vehicle and after multiple attempts to rectify the situation, they ignore me. I have contacted the DMV and they have not received any registration information from Meadowlands. Unfortunately, I have to wait for Meadowlands to complete this transfer. 4. Disrespect to the Customer: I have contacted Meadowlands multiple times and have been passed around to 7 different individuals. The all state they would follow-up with no contact from their company. I even overheard an individual state “tell him I’m unavailable” in the background when I call. I have contacted Nissan Corporate and they opened a case (#13123364) to investigate. If you have had any similar experiences please contact them at (615) 725-7438 so they can apply the appropriate pressure and hopefully correct their business practices. I’ve also opened up a complaint with the BBB for Elmwood Motors, Inc (now Meadowlands). In addition, I’ve consulted with a military attorney and pursing small’s claims suit against Meadowlands. Local news stations in the area have also agreed to investigate the business practices of Meadowlands Nissan and the treatment of military personnel. Please be advised when purchasing a vehicle from Meadowlands out-of-state. They claim to help the military; however, their business practices do not support this. Chris Cobb More
